With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths. Large private yard with lots of room to play and relax. We are only 10 min from Six Flags and 20 min from downtown Atlanta. This would be a great vacation home for your group. 6k square feet of living space. This house will sleep 20 in beds.

The bedrooms are huge in this house. The living room and kitchen are very big and spacious. There is also a futon in the living room, along with the couch, loveseat, and recliner. There is a bar that seats 8 that sits between the kitchen and pool. In the bar area, there is a ping pong table. There is an inground pool with brand new liner. There are plenty of chairs and 7 lounge chairs around the pool and the large covered deck. There is a big covered deck that steps down into the pool. There is a charcoal grill. The house has a fenced in backyard, and is very large to play. There is a basketball goal for your entertainment. Deerlick Park sits across the street, with a lake, volleyball court, picnic area, basketball gym, and playground. (You can walk to the park!) This house is only minutes away from Arbor Place Mall, and all the local eating places. There is a grocery store (Publix and Ingles) less than a mile away. Wal Mart and Sam's are 5 miles away. Six Flags is 15 min away, and downtown Atlanta is 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with WIFI, Rokus and YouTube TVs It is fully stocked with washer, dryer, ironing board, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This is a drug free home. Absolutely no marijuana, or drugs allowed on property.

We do have cameras on the entire property to see the number of cars, guests, smoking and noise rules are followed.
