Great Location

Twice a year, I need to come to ATL to perform business downtown for 8 days at a time. This was a great location, with only a very simple 6-minute commute to downtown! We had two small issues which the host answered my messages sent via VBRO within 5 minutes!

Wonderful layout

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and just as pictured. The layout was perfect for our multi-generational family visit. My elderly parents were able to stay in the first floor accommodations, and didn't have to climb steps at all. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies. Proximity to downtown and nearby restaurants was great too. Would definitely return.

Great house and location

This house was everything we needed. It was a duplex but we had both sides, which was perfect. Ample amount of space and bathrooms. It was nice to have the privacy of two different apartments with easy access to both. Julian was great to work with and very quick to respond to any messages/questions. The location was ideal as it was an easy ride/uber to and from the airport. Located right off the highway and near downtown so it was easy to get anywhere in the city/outside of the city. It was also within walking distance to the belt line. The place was very clean and decorated so cute! 5/5 stars, 10/10 recommend. Thanks for a great weekend, Julian!

This is an exce property in a convenient location in Atlanta. The property was clean and amazingly decorated. However two of the bedrooms needed television, one down stair and one upstairs I had some concerns about the bathtubs needing slip resisting strips in the bathtubs being a hazard; someone can slip and fall the tubs because they are very slippery. The tubs of concern were one down stair and the one up stairs.Just to let you know the garbage disposal down stairs switch did not work. I want to thank you you for a nice clean house.

ATLANTA WEEKEND TRIP

My family and I had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the house. There was one small issue and the host made it a priority to resolve. That we deeply appreciated. The house is cozy and and clean. My family and I would definitely come back again.

Christmas Vacation

The home looked exactly like the listing. Very beautiful, very spacious! It was equipped with everything we needed, even seasonings. You can tell the home is older but it does not take away from the experience and is beautifully decorated! Please note that due to the home being older, you are able to hear others walking around upstairs while downstairs so if you are a light sleeper, it may be best to sleep upstairs due to the floors “squeaking” when walking. If you or family members are huge on watching television, be advised, 2 out of the 5 bedrooms do not have televisions, one is located upstairs and the other is downstairs. This was not a dealbreaker for us though!The host, Julian, has amazing communication skills and very trustworthy! He promptly responded to every question! My dad accidentally left 2 of his rings at the property, Julian notified me and ensured we were able to retrieve them in a timely manner! Overall, our experience was exceptional!!! Would def book here again!!

Incredible Weekend in ATL

Had an incredible weekend with my Sister friends… the decor was very original and delightful… the beds slept soooo good. We rented both duplex and had soooo much space… it really felt like home! All the conveniences that you can imagine… huge TVs… up to date appliances …Very clean! Definitely will try to get this spot the next time I am in Atlanta!

Short Weekend

Arrived on a Friday for a quick weekend. The VRBO was perfect for two adults and two teens. The location was only 10 minutes from major attractions. Perfect location!

This large duplex worked very well for our family of 3 couples and 2 "adult" teens. Lots of privacy available, but still room to gather for meals and conversation. Everything was a pictured online. The location was superb, walking distance to great restaurants, the Beltline, and Krogers. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful stay!

This Vrbo worked out perfectly for our 4 night stay. Conveniently located to everything you'd want to do in Atlanta, particularly the Beltline and everything it has to offer! The house had plenty of bathrooms so that every couple felt they had their own space, and the common area was a perfect size to sit back, hang and play games whenever we weren't outside. Highly recommend!

Girlz Trip

The duplex was perfect for our group of ladies. We were able to spread out in both living spaces. Both spaces were equipped with everything you needed to include spices in the cabinets, cleaning supplies and detergent. Julian was amazing. We did encounter a problem initially, but Julian was there to try and fix the problem. He is top notch, first class and in touch with the property and his guest. I highly recommend this property. So many great features. Thank you again Julian for making our stay comfortable.
