Property was as advertised, communication with owner was easy and prompt, easy check-in and check-out process. It was seamless, we had a great experience staying at this property and would recommend it to anyone while in Atlanta.

This was a perfect option for my family. modern amenities, very clean and central to where we needed to be. The host was very accommodating.Make sure you utilize the garage if you have a vehicle—you cannot park in the driveway.I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean, and we loved having three full bathrooms, which made things much more convenient for our group. The location was good for walking into downtown (we were in town for the World Cup), although parts of the walk felt a little less safe than others. When we arrived, we encountered an issue with the oven, but the host was responsive and had it taken care of the very next day. We wish we had more time in town to enjoy the rooftop area. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this property to others.

For our family of four this property was perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to markets and restaurants within a ten minute or so walk. Felt very safe walking around. The property itself was quite large and beautifully decorated. Three floors with balconies on second and third floor. Having every room with its own restrooms was perfect. Loved the two car garage. Couple of things that did not make our stay less enjoyable but were obviously overlooked was that almost all the hand soap, body wash, and shampoo dispensers were empty. A few other items could be stocked in the kitchen such as a colander, tupper ware, a couple more cutting boards, a few smaller sharp knives and the ones already there to be sharpened. Like I said none of these things detracted from the space and the great time had there. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property

The family visited Atlanta for the weekend and loved the property. It was very clean and well maintained. Everyone felt comfortable and the home had more than enough space for 6 adults to stay comfortably.

Great location and house

We absolutely loved the house. It was modern, with stylish decor, multiple sitting areas, a great roof deck and brilliant open plan kitchen, dining and family room. Jennifer was excellent in communication. A bonus was being close to Krog St which is such a nice area with great restaurants.

Great Stay in Great Location

This is such a beautiful unit! The unit had everything we needed and was exactly as it appeared online. Me and 3 friends spent a weekend there and it was amazing! Plenty of space for us to spread out and walkable to many restaurants. The place is clean, modern and the host was responsive for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

This house worked really well for our girls’ weekend in Atlanta. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas gave us a nice place to hang out together.The location was convenient—an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the quiet at night.Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, a solid choice for a group trip—we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the place. 3 bedroom, 3 bath is so nice. Clean. Could not get the master bedroom bed lamp on. Maybe bulbs out?

Loved Our Stay!

My family and I had such a great time! The space was exactly as pictured. It was clean, stylish, and super spacious for our group. We loved the open layout for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together. Having two living room areas was perfect for when we needed to spread out. And the rooftop was perfect for starting your morning or winding down. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants, downtown, and everything we needed. The garage itself was a good size, but getting two cars in did take a little maneuvering. Once we figured it out, though, it was fine!Our host was very responsive and a great communicator throughout the entire stay. That made everything smooth and stress-free.We’d recommend it to any family or group looking for a comfortable, stylish city escape!

Beautiful new build. Flat out gorgeous place. Great design. Narrow street n driveway way but never had a problem getting to the house. The double car garage was a god send! Plenty of space when needed. Super clean. Top notch linens. No expense spared though out! Didn’t need to go out for coffee because plenty was already on hand. Master bed was a little hard for both me n my husband but still comfortable enough. Truly my only negative but really just a preference! Stellar location. Perfect diner right around the corner for breakfast n endless possibilities for dinner w in a short walk. Super cool n hip area. I loved the neighborhood but Edgewood ave. can get pretty loud on Saturday nights apparently. 10 minute drive to the convention center which was great. Some interesting characters around but that’s anywhere these days. Never felt unsafe when out n about. I 100% loved this place but I’m young at heart. Remember it’s a hip area! Communication was top notch. From getting in to WiFi information, etc. information was clear. You can tell when when the owners have done “the check in process” themselves to ensure a smooth n easy check in! Love when everything works! Enjoy!

The property is really nice. Lots of luxuries. It's well decorated. Bathrooms are fantastic. Rooftop balcony was a hit. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was easy.
