Having a car is best in the area. Uber/Lyft are also easy and fast to book here.

The driveway/carport can fit 4 to 5 cars depending on size and how you park.

Conservatively, 2 cars can fit in the parking area to the left of the driveway when you enter and 2 cars can fit in the garage port.
HOUSE RULES & OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized parties/events will result in a minimum fine of $1000, immediate eviction and non-refundable cancellation of your stay, plus any damages and additional cleaning fees.

SMOKING POLICY: Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Each unit has a noise and smoking sensor which alerts the Host immediately.

Exterior smoking anywhere near the house is strictly prohibited (e.g., carport, front porch, patio near sunroom, anywhere near the pine straw, etc.). If guests must smoke, then it must be done away from the house and is restricted to the front driveway near the turnaround.

Absolutely NO smoking in the backyard premises. Evidence of interior, carport, porch or backyard smoking will incur a fine of $1000 and a non-refundable cancellation of your stay.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am on weekdays (Mon - Thurs) and 11 PM - 8AM (Fri - Sun). Guests must be respectful of neighbors. Failure to comply may result in a fine of 1/2 one night`s rent and/or a non-refundable cancellation of your stay.

BOOKING GUEST AGE: Responsible Booking Guest must be 22 years or older for booking to be approved by the Host.

PRIMARY GUEST: Responsible guest on this booking will be held financially and legally responsible for any noise disturbances and damages caused by their guests, including guests under 18, especially if minors are in any area of the building unsupervised.

Damages and disturbances will result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation of your booking and hefty policy violation and damage fees.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Host must be informed of every individual staying in the property. Unauthorized visitors will incur an extra guest fee of $125 per visitor per day and may result in a non-refundable immediate cancellation of your stay. Exterior security cameras are present to help monitor compliance with this policy.

MAKE UP REMOVAL: Each bathroom has 2 black make-up cloths designated for make-up removal. Do not use white wash cloths, bath towels or linen to remove make up.

Do not sleep or rest on white linen with make-up. If cleaners are not able remove make-up stains from our white linen between guest check-out and new guest check-in, then the responsible guest will be charged a replacement fee for the damaged linen.

Guest will be charged to replace stained / damaged linens and towels that are not able to be restored in normal wash.
ADDITIONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION: Due to short-term rental regulations or at the property owner’s request, additional identity verification may be required. This ensures the consistency of guest profiles and prevents stolen identities.

Failure to provide your valid ID through OTA app messenger or Boarding Pass within 48hrs of your reservation can result in a non-refundable cancellation.

OPEN FLAMES: No fires or open flames are permitted on the premises. Open flame means any activity or device producing a flame, including candles, tiki torches, oil lanterns, butane or other gas burners, incense, campfires, bonfires, fire pits, and grills.

PET POLICY: While we love your furry friends, to keep the space allergen-free we have a strict NO pet policy.

EARLY CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM local time. An early check-in request must be submitted before 4 PM local time the day before check-in. See early check-in times and fees below (for day of check-in):

Failure to secure an early check-in in advance will incur a $200 Non-planned Early Check-in Fee.

LATE CHECK OUT: Check out is at 10AM. A late checkout request must be submitted by 4pm local time the day before checkout. See late check-out times and fees below:

1:00 PM = $180.60
2:00 PM or later = 1 night’s rent + $100 penalty fee

Failure to secure a late check-out in advance will incur a $217 Cleaning Call Out Fee in addition to the applicable fees.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. In the event that any items or decorations are missing, broken, damaged, or stained the cost will be passed through to you as the guest.

It is the guest`s responsibility to insure their personal belongings and those of their guests. Host is not responsible for guests` contents, lost items, or forgotten packages.

CLEANING AND FURNITURE: Excessive cleaning required will be billed at commensurate market rate/hour. Any furniture restoration to the original furniture will incur a fee per damaged piece or item.

SHOES OFF: We ask that you utilize the shoe rack to give your shoes time to relax while you enjoy the suite

PARKING: All guests MUST park their vehicles in in the following designated areas ONLY:
Carport - only 2 vehicles side-by-side
Turnaround (side of driveway, near the gate) - only 2 vehicles side-by-side
For safety & security reasons:

DO NOT park in the driveway as this will block the entry / exit lane of parked vehicles and hamper movement in the case or an emergency.
ONLY park in Carport & Turnaround (max 2 cars in each designated area, totaling 4 cars max per booking).

SAFETY & SECURITY: Atlanta is a great city, and our guests love it as much as we do. BUT Atlanta is still a big urban city. Do not leave valuable items and bags in your car at any time as this can attract unwanted attention and possible issues.

Host is not responsible for any stolen items or damaged vehicles during any part of the guest stay or journey. Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables and must secure their vehicles, belongings, and valuables at all times.
