    HOUSE RULES
    • Guest Requirements: A minimum of three positive reviews is required to book. By completing your reservation, you authorize the host to conduct a full background check. If the results do not meet our criteria, your booking may be canceled.
    • No unauthorized overnight guests. Any unapproved overnight guests will result in immediate disconnection of utilities. No exceptions.
    • No parties or large gatherings.
    • No outdoor gatherings past 10 PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
    • No smoking or vaping inside the home.
    • Pets: We love animals! To maintain a clean and allergy-free space for all guests, we do not accept cats. Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bringing an unregistered pet or cat will result in a $1000 penalty. Please confirm if you’re traveling with a pet and update your reservation accordingly.

Great spot!

We loved staying here. Great neighborhood and easily walkable to the beeline and lots of restaurants. Hosts were super responsive.

The location is amazing - close to things but very quiet and safe! The hosts were responsive but not intrusive! The private porch is perfect to sit in sun and read! Would give it more stars if could!

Great place to stay, so close to endless options

The property was great, very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. A short walk to everything you could need, restaurants, marta station, historical areas, and the beltline.

Perfect stay

The property was in a great location to restaurants and shops. It was the perfect size and pet friendly. We would definitely rent again in the future.

Great From Top To Bottom

Clean, comfortable apartment, responsive host, and ideal location -- you could not ask for anything more. I have nothing but nice things to say about my two-month stay; I will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment near Krog entertainment district

We took great advantage of the excellent location, which is in a very quiet residential neighborhood only 5 minute walk from the Krog Market and entertainment district.

Great stay

Jose and Todd are great property managers; very responsive and thoughtful. The unit will soon be renovated so it will be an even better pace to stay.

Private and quiet walk to everything location

The property was great and the hosts could not have been more helpful. We were able to walk to all restaurants with a terrific variety. The Beltline which was only a few blocks away gave us and our dog a fun place to walk. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Having a Keurig was a plus. Beds were comfortable. The property is up a flight of stairs which is well lit at night. Parking is on the street. Host lives on street level property and offered to allow us to unload and load the car in their driveway. Walking distance to thr Krog Marketplace. Very close to the Carter Presidential Library and King Center. Would recommend.

Fantastic house with easy check-in

I have never been to Atlanta. We were in town to take my 16yo daughter to see Billie Ellish. We had a fantastic stay here. Friends recommended we stay in Innman Park. It was walking distance away to many restaurants. I’m taking like maybe a 5 minute walk. It seemed to be a safe neighborhood and we felt safe to walk back at night on a Saturday night after dinner. Lyft rides downtown were about $15. The house is exactly as shown. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. Towels are soft. We brought toiletries but shampoo and conditioner were provided. I liked having a washer and dryer and was able to go home with zero dirty laundry. The internet worked well and they even have an inkjet printer for use if needed. An amenity I haven’t had at a house before. Not that I needed it but thought the option was a good one. We really enjoyed our stay and will again stay here when we are in town watch our NFL team take on the Falcons. A trip I’ve been meaning to plan and now when I do, we have the perfect place to come visit again.

Hidden gem

We took a chance on renting this property when we took a quick trip to Atlanta to celebrate our son in laws birthday. This property was new on the VRBO market and had no reviews and I was fearful of that. I reached out to the owner and he replied immediately telling me everything I needed to know and we booked it immediately . We had a wonderful experience staying here . The area is on point! It is walking distance to Krog Market and good restaurants and stores The property is in a beautiful, leafy and quiet neighborhood. We stay in VRBO properties all over the world and this was definitely ranked in our favorites . Thank you Jose and Todd. You were amazing hosts !
