High price low service/mucho dinero poco servicio
Check in, la persona no explicó nada. La habitación no estaba limpia, ropa en el suelo de personas anteriores. Y para colmó sólo funciona los enchufes del baño y la cocina. Check in person needs a lot of training. I found clothes in bedroom and living room from past guest. Non of the lights and receptacles in the room worked. Only bathroom and kitchen. I made the report at check out and the person also need a lot of training.

El check in Vienna me dieron una habitación diferente a la que había reservado pero lo solucionaron en pocos minutos, habitación con polvo u fauna nociva,el shuttle del hotel se negó a recoger a la otra persona en el aeropuerto, sabiendo que teníamos dos habitaciones la recepción le dijo que no había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre y que no podían hacer el servicio, afortunadamente el shuttle del hotel vecino trajo a la persona al hotel,11pm,lo peor es que nos enfermamos con los alimentos del desayuno todos los que fuimos a ese hotel, creo que el hotel necesita un buen manager,se ve que cada quien hace lo que quiere no hay un jefe

Lugar tranquilo!
Muy rico el hotel, la atencion muy buena, no hablaban español pero nos ayudaron y con mucha disposicion. La piscina es divina para relajarse despues de un dia de paseo... La hab comoda y limpia. Lo unico q no estoy de acuerd es q no pongan agua de tomar en la habitacion sino q hay q comprarla en el front desk.

Excelente Hotel!
Nos fue excelente en éste hotel, muy serviciales, la limpieza del hotel y lo nuevo del mismo hace que te sientas muy a gusto, la cercania al aeropuerto ayuda porque tienen traslado cada media hora al mismo y desde allí puedes tomar el metro a donde quieras en Atlanta, o si alquilas un carro puedes retirarlo y entregarlo en el Car Rental Center del Aeropuerto porque te puedes ayudar con el transporte del hotel para estas gestiones. El dasayuno muy completo, lo malo es que es casi lo mismo todos los dias pero es lo típico de los americanos.

Everyone that we had interacted with had been very kind to my family and I. I can’t specifically remember her name, but a lady - possibly by the name of Tamara - with the first letter of her name being T, was in the front desk and she had been especially kind to all of us. The service and the rooms were very good.

The only complaint I have with this hotel was that the pool was abnormally cold, as well as the pool room itself. My son couldn't enjoy the pool because it was too cold. Also at the end of the night we went to pull the sofa bed out and it was broke, no blankets or sheets and the mattress was filthy. Told the lady at the front desk and she could care less however, she did offer us fresh covers and linens. In a pinch, I would stay again.

Room was not clean and had roaches. The bathroom had empty body wash and lotion bottles in the shower nothing was stocked. We booked a room with a tub do to to having small kids and needed up with a handicap shower that wet the whole bathroom floor and my daughter slipped and fell and hit her head on the floor because it was so slippery. I don’t think that would be good for someone that was actually handicapped. Only thing that was good was the airport shuttle but it was a van and had limited space for our family and bags.

The hotel room furniture was gross. Nasty stains on the couch, and chair. The couch cushions were sunk down into the bars of the hide-a-bed. We laid blankets on the furniture to feel comortable sitting. We had a 2 bedroom suit and there was one chair and the couch. 2 chairs at the kitchen table. There were 7 of us. The place slept 8. Staff was very friendly and the rest of the place looked nice. The hotel food was okay according to my family. They all said something was up with the eggs but they had muffins, cereal, juice and milk which no one complained about. The elevator was SOOO far away from the room. They only had one elevate on each side of the hotel but they were far away from most of the rooms. such a different layout for the elevators. I think that was magnified because of having a mom who struggled walking far, especially after hours of being in the car.

This hotel was quite disappointing. We requested a crib and despite asking multiple times, the crib was never provided. The front desk associate told me that he was the only person working and was "short-staffed" and this was the cause of the delay for the crib (which never arrived). In addition, the beds were clearly old, lumpy, way too soft, and kind of squeaky. The sofa bed was inclined at a pretty steep angle, so my head kept hitting the top of the bed frame. The air conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms, so it was really hot. The hotel shuttle for this hotel never arrived at the airport, so we ended up hitching a ride with another hotel's shuttle (whose driver graciously dropped us off). Overall, this hotel needs more staff and a serious upgrade.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Homewood Suites but this is by far the worst: the breakfast was terrible, service non-existent, the rooms and hallways were none to write home about, and the living spaces were equally distasteful. The main bedroom was missing a smoke detector with the wires exposed, the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug and you could see all the disgusting stuff in the drain, the bath faucet was leaking constantly (see attached pics)! This has been the worst stay for my family and I! I definitely won’t be staying in this particular property ever again!

Property needs upkeep and more maintenance, gentleman who checked us in was amazing. There was an issue with our reservation and he was super professional while handling the issue, I believe his name was Richard, he was patient, friendly and welcoming.

Check-in was smooth the gentleman at the counter was very professional and accommodating. When we were settling into our room the tv in the living area wasn't working, one call to the front desk within minutes someone was there to check it out. The room was clean, there was five of us so we needed more towels, washcloths, bedding and pillows. That was a easy fix, just a visit to the front desk took care of that. Nice variety of hot/cold breakfast items. Free parking, the location was very convenient to where we were competing. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Overall it was a good stay!! I would stay again and I would recommend to others

The housekeeping, front desk receptionist, cooks and management staff. Thanks for a nice stay at Homewood, the police eat breakfast here, I feel safe. Recommendation, taste the grits, awesome. The rooms are comfortable for traveling with a family, very quiet and clean.

The room was a great value and quite nice. The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The evening shuttle driver, Dedric (Mr D) was so much fun and took great care of our transportation need from the airport as well as to and from a nearby restaurant.

There was a problem between Expedia and Homewood Suites which caused a big delay on check in. Issue was resolved within about 30 minutes. Room is fine. I called before booking to ask if pool would be open, was told it would be. However pool is being refurbished and is closed. My teenagers are disappointed.

A very good team of people but the property is in decline and needs repairs and refurbishing. Dirty and dusty room that had a bad odor. Sheets that didn’t fit and a stained cover. Missing light covers in the vanity. Substandard kitchen supplies. Expired elevator certificate. This is below the standard that Hilton commands.
