Clean hotel. Pricey for the room. We stayed there for a family functions in the area. I think a lot of other guests were there for their family functions as well. Breakfast was adequate, but we've stayed at for less expensive hotels that served a far better breakfast.

Property is very good. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The buffet while varied is very simple. The biggest issue is the Wall Mounted Air Conditioner in the room. Good luck sleeping, talk about loud. Newly renovated property / rooms and as always they cheap out on the AC units. If AC is important to you check other properties and verify if they have wall mounted units or actual HVAC.

Great staff. Room looked horrible. The view was of a back building. The amount of money I paid for one night was definitely not the worth the room I received.

Although I only gave the staff and service a two above, I wanted to clarify that everyone I interacted with was both nice and helpful. However, when I tried to check out, there simply was no staff anywhere. There was a sign on the desk saying they were away. I had a question and tried the calling the number, etc., but was unable to reach anyone for quite some time. Eventually I gave up and simply left. I do not fault the staff that were there, but am assuming that the hotel is simply understaffed. It was an odd experience.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was spotless/clean. I had problems though, finding my way to and from the parking garage. I know I was told something about it at the service desk, but it's hard to remember verbally. People already staying there helped show me the elevator floors to take and from the garage elevator to the back door. That was the most difficult part of my weekend. Perhaps a little note or diagram at check-in would be helpful. The left window shade didn't work at all, but the one by the bed did. The actual room was amazing 😊

Our stay at the Hampton Inn has been probably one of the best experiences I’ve enjoyed at a hotel in quite a while. Check-in process was quick and easy, every employee interaction was pleasant and positive, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the spacious shower was plenty of hot water and pressure. Our complimentary breakfast had far more options than expected and the staff were coming out of the kitchen to engage with guests and check on food and cleanliness. The little details all add up and I just wanted to share that they didn’t go unnoticed. Happy New Year!

This place just makes me happy!
Staying here just makes me happy! No surprises, everything is in working order, it is quiet, breakfast does not dissapppint, and excellent dining opportunities and live music entertainment are only one city block away. Love it here!

The electric outlets nearest the bed are unreliable. The plug for a CPAP machine would not stay plugged in. If I didn’t travel with an extension cord we would have had a very bad night.
