Unfortunately, when the elevators are jumped in, it causes the sensors to respond by shutting down for safety reasons. Our service providers were called and both cabs are back up and running. I have also sent details over to our housekeeping leaders to discuss the room cleanliness concerns. Again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. Thank you for your review Jill, typically it is pretty quiet here, the city has been doing some work on the crossroads nearby for the past month which may have attributed to the traffic noise. We did switch to a new system this past week and stay over cleans seem to not be populating correctly on our reports so that we can assign the rooms; we are currently working on this and hope to not have that issue again in the future. Regarding the microwave, unfortunately our property does not provide them in the rooms. We do have one available by the front desk 24/7 and may have a few extras in the back that we could provide you with upon request; hopefully that information will be useful during your next visit!
