5 stars all around… the valet guy was not as friendly as the front desk folks but overall this is well worth the money

Staff was extremely rude at checkout. Toilet in our room had been used upon arrival and not flushed. We were able to hear everything outside - sirens, car alarms, cars driving by, people talking, etc. The hotel was nicely designed, though. And it felt secure, with certain key policies in place.

Disappointed
I paid for a king bed room through my Hotels.com booking but was given a queen been room and the hotel said my reservation did not "guarantee" me a king bed. The bathroom sink had hot water but the shower did not. The fridge in the room did not work.

Very convenient location to everything downtown. The valet staff were wonderful. My only complaint is that we had breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel and it wasn’t busy at all and the service was extremely slow.
