My family is dispersed across the Southeast, and we wanted to gather in a central location for the Fourth of July, so we booked this house. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is exactly as advertised, and the host is very responsive to any questions. It was a very pet-friendly place. We didn't have any small kiddos with us, but if we did, this house would have been perfect. We loved the big open living area and the porch with a gate so the pups could hang out there with us. The master suite was luxurious (or so I heard), and we really enjoyed the game room in the basement. I highly recommend this house, and I hope we get to come back sometime.

Our large family (10) absolutely loved our stay at this amazing home! A rare jewel! It was perfect for all of us, including four kids who especially enjoyed the amazing downstairs play area they didn’t want to leave!!The house was so spacious, inviting, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the coffee bar, and outdoor decks! the host was so thoughtful, checking in to make sure everything was going well We’ll definitely be back!

We were in town for a wedding and needed plenty of room and some entertainment for two pre-teens. This home perfectly fit the bill! This home essentially has two primary bedrooms which is great for traveling families or couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for our large family. Plenty of seating at the dining table with outdoor seating on the deck. The entertainment space downstairs was amazing and kept us all busy having fun during down times! 2 of the the bathrooms were huge with dual sinks and showers you could do laps in! The home was very clean, felt very safe and had plenty of parking. The owner stayed in touch to be sure everything was perfect and it was! I would highly recommend a stay for any period of time in this beautiful home!

The neighborhood is a little sketchy but you can tell that they are revamping the area. We took our girl scout troop here for the weekend and visited the Georgia Aquarium and Zoo Atlanta. They girls had an absolute BLAST downstairs in the foam pit and game room! The kitchen is large and had plenty of space for the 10 of us. The house was clean and well stocked. The toilet paper was really nice! LOL It isn't the cheap, thin stuff. The bathrooms are big and clean. There was no evidence that they have allowed pets to stay in the past so that is a testament to how clean it is. The owner is quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here and will do so in the future next time we go to Atlanta.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. There was an area that the kids could unwind and hang out and then a place for the adults. I absolutely love love love the couch!!! Very clean and well kept.

We had such a fabulous stay at this beautiful property! The home is well stocked and is good for all ages. There is a wonderful game room, a foam pit that would be fun for little ones, a terrific yard for dogs, and a nice open family room and kitchen. We loved the long dining room table and the outdoor grill and beverage cooler! And the front porch swing is the best! Thank you for a great stay! This home truly is a great place for families to gather.

This home was absolutely amazing. You have a beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. My family of 13 was able to fit comfortablely with room to spare. The bathrooms were so enormous! Everything was clean and well stocked. The children loved the activity and game room on the lower level which was the best idea ever. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. our groceries were delivered and arrived prior to us getting there, nothing was taken or tampered with. Thank you Svetlana for being such a great host, promoted, keeping the line of communicating open with me at all times and allowing my family to enjoy your property :-)

We were in town for a family funeral - all adults. House was clean, there were bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The basement game room was an awesome distraction from the events of the day. Pool, ping pong and basketball. Great location close to Decatur and even downtown if one desires to venture in. Would definitely rent this property again!!!

Our family was at this home last weekend and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The host thought about everything! The kitchen is well stocked (so grateful for the aluminum foil...I used the whole roll but I left you a new one). The bedrooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms on the 2nd floor are straight out of a luxury spa. The showers are so big they could fit 10 people in them. The master bedroom was especially impressive! I wish my bathroom at home was that luxurious. The kids room and the foam pit were a huge hit with the younger ones. The lower level has every game you could imagine. The kitchen and living room are so inviting. I was able to cook for the whole family as we watched the NCAA Wrestling Championships. I love that I was able to log into my TV apps. The house is just AMAZING. The neighborhood was safe. I love it when it's time to check out and we're asked to do nothing other than leave on time. Today's the best. The host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home. Don't even hesitate. You'll love it!

House was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. We enjoyed the front and back porch. We appreciated having all the supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen, also the extra pillows and comforters and ample supply of towels. Host was great and very responsive. By far one of the best homes our group has stayed at, 10 out of 10.
