🚶 GETTING AROUND
Walk: Civic Center MARTA Station is approximately 3 minutes away, with convenient access to Sweet Auburn, Fox Theatre and Midtown.

MARTA: Reach Peachtree Center in one stop and GWCC/CNN Center near Mercedes-Benz Stadium in approximately 10 minutes door-to-gates.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Primary booking guest must be 25+.
• Only registered guests are permitted. A $200/night fee applies for each unregistered guest.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• No parties, events or large gatherings.
• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes inside the unit.
• Pets considered case-by-case with prior approval.
• Use designated parking spaces only.
• Long stays are welcome.
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request.
• Not a good fit for children ages 2–12.

🧹 CLEANING FEE
A one-time $155 cleaning fee applies to each stay and covers professional cleaning and sanitation before arrival. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required after departure.

💳 DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected electronically before arrival and should be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out, subject to property condition and damages. Cash payment, when accepted, may incur a $75 handling fee.
