Great location! Very clean and tidy. Only complaint is there was no lights in the upstairs bedroom or electricity at all. I told the host the night of arrival but it was never fixed during my stay. Living room light was out as well. Nice accommodations! Comfy beds and very welcoming

12/10 Would Absolutely Book Again

This was by far one of the best booking experiences I’ve ever had. The owner is beyond amazing with communication and accommodating all my needs while on the trip. The house is great and very spacious , and all the features and amenities like the backyard make this one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is very nice and at no point did I feel endangered or bothered by anyone in the area. I’m absolutely looking forward to booking again the next time I visit ATL.

0/10 - Serious Safety Concerns Not Resolved; Host Only Cares About Money

The host was nice enough during the stay. Charged a reasonable extra person fee, which was expected. However, after the stay they refused to listen to serious safety concerns. There was black mold, a non-functional fire extinguisher, and the host’s refused to address these issues. (For context, we had to use the fireplace because there was no heating down stairs. Keep in mind, this took place at the end of December.) I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. They operate in bad faith with no integrity or concern for guests and their safety.

Nice house

If you want to live out of your suitcases for 3 weeks it's fine, no closet to hang your clothes. It took 3 times too run the dryer for it to dry 2 pairs of pants and 3 And dish washer didn't work. tree shirt

Atlanta concert stay

House was perfect for my son and I. Check-in couldn’t have been any easier, location was very nice. Airplanes flew over often, but the sound wasn’t enough to notice. Communication with owner was easy, although we had no need to reach out much as we had everything we needed.

Mini Vacay To Visit Family/Friends

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Sonye was a great host. We had everything we needed even though we didn't use much of anything while we there. It was so quiet and serene all weekend. I enjoyed being able to get some freshly grown vegetables out of the garden out back and sitting out at night under the stars while looking out into the backyard. It was like visiting the city while living the country life. I will definitely visit again.

Deceptive Photos but Friendly Host

My husband and I stayed here with a couple of friends over a weekend. When we walked in, the place smelled VERY overwhelming of weed and stale cigarette smoke. This is not at all what we were expecting of the place based off the photos. We would wake up with a heaviness in our lungs with how strong the smell was. Overall, you could tell the house was old, which would be fine if it were well upkept. I wasn’t afraid for bedbugs but there was a general dingy feel to the place. The backyard was cute. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. But the overwhelming smell makes me not recommend this place to anyone that is not accustomed to it.

Home away from HOME!!!!

This was a peaceful area. Really liked all the hammock, fire pit, grill plus all the veggies, and fruit growing in the back yard. It gave a home away from home kind of energy! House was comfortable and clean. Our check in was super easy, the owner responded fast to any questions we had. We enjoyed going out to the different museums (balloon museum, selfie museum, ect.) we also got to check out the Botanical Garden and all the beautiful art throughout the city! Really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would come back again! Mrs Sonye keep being GREAT!!!!!

Cozy and Relaxing

Walking in the house was extremely clean definitely a leave your shoes at the door feeling and the nostalgic decor really fit with the home! I enjoyed my time playing pac man this was my favorite nostalgic item. The housing space was perfect for me and my teenager. The living room area was colder than I expected; but the fireplace helped, keeping it nice and cozy!! Sonya really ensured we were comfortable customizing the complementaries to fit her guests. Overall my stay was amazing I’m looking forward to my next visit hopefully I’m able to reserve for my stay!!

If you enjoy a heavily smoked in home, gun shots, and a rude property owner, this is the place

If you reserved this property, cancel ASAP! This house has been heavily smoked in for years. The ceilings, walls, and fixtures are all yellow and brown from the smoke. The couches, headboards, and carpet has ash stains. The smell is so strong, it immediately made us sick with upper respiratory infections. The air vents have black mold on them and there’s roach baits everywhere. The neighbors shot guns beginning NYE afternoon. There’s bars on the windows and doors for a reason. The third room, closets, and garage all had a padlock and was very creepy. The master bed has indentions on both sides where people slept and the mattress is old and disgusting. We bought a 2 inch mattress topper from Walmart and it didn’t even help. There’s hardly any cookware, utensils, plates, cups etc. The heat does not work downstairs. There’s also an RV next door that is running electricity and water from the house and neighbors play loud music and curse loudly all hours of the day/night. The owner was of zero help. We end up staying the first night and having to book a hotel the rest of the trip. This place is horrendous and should not be allowed to be rented out.

No stay

Sorry, but the confirmation was given I was ready for my stay and just like that it was taken way. I received an email that they would be returning my mony, but it would take 15 days depending on bank.In the the meantime, I know have to find somewhere to stay and come up with more money .They take their time with the refund its very inconvenience for anyone having to shell out more money to find somewhere else to stay puts a REAL dent in the vacation .
