The actual unit was as advertised, so no complaints there. The complex was a little wack but it was very convenient for our purpose. We'd stay there again.

Condo Review

I enjoyed the condo but the building itself was sketchy. The lobby is under renovation, the fitness facility was also under renovation, the hallway smelled of marijuana and had commercial dryers as if there was water needing to be dried up in the hallway.

What I like is that this property had been renovated to a very nice and comfy place to stay. Just need to do touch up painting in the bathroom. I wasn’t sure what happened with out communications regarding the room and keypad numbers, how to get into the room and also the little device to get into the building. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay.

Terrible. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The host, Rachel, took forever to respond to my message trying to check in since i was NEVER (!!) emailed my check in instructions. I was sent a review and confirmation of my stay the DAY OF (!!) my stay. What if i needed to book longer? I had to wait an hour for her to respond to give me the apartment code. The complex has gnats all throughout the place. They are EVERYWHERE. In the lobby. In the elevators. The halls. And even the room. You’ll be swatting away gnats the entire stay. The television in the place couldn’t even connect to the internet which i had to text the host late at night asking for internet information, when that should have been written down in the room somewhere. Without internet to the t.v there’s no way to watch it. While checking out we have to leave the key fob in the room, but how are we supposed to have access to the garage which we are told to park in once we leave the fob in the room. this caused me to have to carry all my belongs around the outside of the building to get to my car. Some of the staff here is rude, except the front desk guy. he was the only helpful person there. I had to have him call Rachel so i could have her respond to my message on the room code so i could even get in. The curtains in the room do not even fit the windows , (that is wild) and the doors in the apartment can’t even fully close. If you’re looking for a gnat infested place to stay, with a terrible host you should

I didn’t end up spending much time in the condo very much, but when i did, it was quite nice. It is very well decorated and had about every appliance you could need on a trip :)

The pictures are are how it looks in person everything was clean no real complaints…did find hair on pillows so do bring your own I always travel with sheets and pillows cases so if your a neat freak like me bring your own bedding and a towels there was makeup and hair on them….8/10 been here before so it was a nice stay check in was smoothly

A great place to stay!

My boyfriend and I came to stay in Atlanta for the first time for a weekend getaway. Anytime I messaged the host, they were super quick to respond and help me out with anything I needed. There was an electrical issue when we got in, and not even five minutes from me letting the host know, there was someone up there to fix the problem. The parking was super easy to do online and the place was super cute with a great view. Would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance!

Perfect Location Amazing Host

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his communication. He was so responsive and clear. Parking at the building is confusing. He instantly sent me a YouTube video that took me right to my spot! I didn’t have to wait he was that quick! Couldn’t have been easier! Check in was so simple and the building staff are just incredibly nice and helpful! They are used to STR guests and they made it very easy. The apartment is cute and has everything you need. Just as pictured. The location was perfect for us and a 10-15 minute walk on safe streets to Centennial Olympic park and all the stuff to see there. I will book this apartment again if I need to come downtown.

Beautiful room and great communication

The property manager was fantastic at communicating. They made the process so easy to give them information and figure out where to stay. They were very caring and made sure I was comfortable. The building is older, but the concierge at the desk was very nice and room itself looks newly renovated. It was in a decent location, not far from the stadiums downtown. I would recommend driving, but walking only if it’s a short distance because the area doesn’t seem extremely safe, especially at night.

The photos were accurate of the property. It was well decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay in Atlanta. The property manager was very responsive to the needs we had while there. Would highly recommend this place and it will book again in the future
