Overall, unit was nice. Good layout, clean. Building itself was pretty rough and the neighborhood isn’t great. I had some challenges getting the building and unit codes from Property Manager but they were responsive and polite. Good value overall.

The condo itself : beds comfortable ,lots of space and clean . However lots of power strips to the point of a fire hazard , no smoke detector , peeling paint , etc Cire homes is another story . Asked for a deposit offline from Expedia via a payment app ( Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo ) and to do “ friends and family only “ . A week later after multiple messages I was told the bathroom door handle was broken and my refund could not be given. I have photos and video of the condor before and when we left. Additionally Expedia has not assisted when I have reached out . I would avoid this rental company at all costs .

This was the worst stay we have ever experienced. To top it off, the water in shower didn't work 2 out of the 3 days we were there. The water in the sinks were cloudy and the pressure was low. When I contacted them, they stated "they would look into it." Well, they didn't. They even stated that they would not give our deposit back unless we left a good review, I have messages to prove it. Even tried to blame us for a bleach stain on a sheet that was there when we got there, along with cigarette holes. Well, I decided I would NOT be blackmailed and I am telling the truth....don't book this place. The area is scary, the elevators half worked and you're scared to touch anything because everything is FILTHY outside of the room. They also didn't tell us about $30 per day for parking until the day we were headed to the "condo", so beware of any property attached to Cire Homes, they are a rip off and a SCAM. Next step for me is to open a small claims court case against these shysters, because they just shouldn't do people like this and get away with it!!

We had 3 people in the condo and only had 4 towels for a 3 night stay. We requested additional towels and management asked why we needed additional towels. Really? Needless to say no additional towels were provided. The condo is dated. I would not stay here again and would not recommend. We have not received our refundable deposit and we checked out on Saturday leaving the condo in perfect condition.

The unit was very clean and well-stocked with a nice view and spacious. (Although I could only find 1 hangar). The front door was a bit confusing but that could have been my jet lag. Overall a nice place to stay and the management company was very courteous and responsive. My deposit was refunded promptly.

I liked the fact that the property was in the middle of everything downtown and in walking distance for the most part. I would definitely stay there again.

I was initially a little skeptical about the property based on the some of the other residents/guests hanging around the building smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. But when we walked into the apartment, all that went away. The place is roomy and very comfortable. There was only 2 of us, but would easily accommodate a family. The owner was great with communication and even let us check in a few hours early and leave a couple hours late. Which was great because of our flight time. I will stay again if available next time I am in Atlanta. And FYI..a very easy walk to the Superdome and college football Hall of Fame.

FILTHY and infested with roaches

This place should be called Roachmark Condominium. The condo was filthy and gross with stains on the bed, walls and dining room table. We couldn't even go in the kitchen because it was infested with roaches. The plumbing did not work, water in the bathtub wouldn't go down. I immediately contacted the owner and sent proof. He offered full refund and we checked out the next morning. We ended up at Wyndham hotel . I also contracted some sort of virus from the room where I slept. So I was sick for 5 days coughing sore throat ended up taking antibiotics. Please do not fall for the good reviews. This place needs to be demolished. Save your money and time...I don't want this experience to happen to someone else/ family.

Location ok. Building is clearly transient-based and vaguely, mildly sketchy but nothing horrendous. Sad lack of coffee nearby but that's not fatal :). The unit is spacious; I only used one bedroom but there's a second bed and a rollaway in one closet. Furnishings are generally fine. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is minimal. There is no temperature control at all (!) just a H/M/L on the radiator fan which did not affect the temperature of the (hot!) air blown in. I kept the windows open when possible but that did mean that the adjacent highways created a lot of noise. Big big HUGE red flag: the place was filthy. Literally: food all over the rug, dirt all over floors which had not been vacuumed, gross stains on the toilet, sticky residue over the dining table, etc. The bed did appear to be clean and mattress showed no signs of bedbugs. Bear in mind that this is in the context of having paid (i) an additional cleaning fee and (ii) a non-refundable damage 'waiver fee'! So: yuck. Text responsiveness from management was good. They asked for pics of the filth, apologised, and sent the cleaner back on the following day; things were improved (although it looks as though they just cleaned exactly the spots of which I sent pics!). I was offered a refund of half of the cleaning fee. This last became slightly contenious, because after I returned home they tried to tie that refund to only being given after a review: not OK. But overall: points for trying.

Communication with the host was great. The host was friendly and very informative. The condo was within walking distance of many local attractions, affordably priced with on site parking at an additional small daily fee. The condo was nicely decorated and there were games provided to play. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay there again.

I would like to commend this place. When my family arrived, we were in awe with the state of art look of the property. Everything is in perfect condition. I love the fireplace, the massager, the rocking chair, big tvs, kitchen freebies, and those extra mattresses. It is a home away from home that everything you need is there. View outside is awesome. Parking space is alloted exclusively. Though we have miscommunication about it because the spot has someone parked, it was resolved.
