Looking at your rating, I'm inclined to ask, what could we have done to make your stay outstanding. We sincerely want each of our guests departing with 100% satisfaction. Good evening Anonymous, I am so sorry to read that your stay fell so far below our standards. We strive so hard to make sure that our guests are accommodated as best as possible. With that said, I'd love to gain more insight into what went wrong with your stay. I noticed that you mentioned a $250 deposit. I am sure that was quite surprising, but when a credit or debit card is not available upon checking in, we do require a $250.00 Cash Deposit. This, of course is returned once you check out, but I can definitely imagine how much of an inconvenience it may have been if you were unaware. Otherwise, with a credit or debit card on file, we only authorize $20/day for incidentals which is also returned at checkout. I also understand how frustrating it must've been that we didn't have your room ready at the time of check-in. This is such a rarity that I think I may have come down to assist you when you checked in. At any rate, it is very embarrassing when we don't get to live up to expectations such as this, and I do sincerely apologize. Finally, you mentioned how the water was off at the hotel, which I am again, very sorry for the inconvenience. This was a scheduled maintenance which we tried to arrange on a day and at a time where the least amount of people would be impacted. Unfortunately, you clearly were. It definitely seems as if everything that could have went wrong with your stay, actually did. I hope that you will give us another opportunity at proving that this is not how we typically operate.
