There was no landscaping in the front yard which the picture did show. The red dirt was all right there at the front door and it was hard to keep from bringing it inside. The floors were not clean. There was a roach in the kitchen and one crawled across my friend's foot and up the wall in the bedroom. The drawers in the primary bath were disgusting. The primary shower was lovely and the water got hot quickly. As for the spare bathroom, it is very small. The shower never had hot water after running for a while. We had issues with the toilet and kept having to plunge. The listing did not mention someone staying downstairs. There was a smell of marijuana every time we walked outside. It seems the photos on the listing do represent the decor and amenities of the home yet it doesn't represent the true size of the rooms. I suggest the host or owners have a thorough cleaning done and use some insect killer. As for location, this was only 9 miles from Truist Park but due to traffic, it took about 22 minutes on a Friday night to see the Savannah Bananas.
