The house was big and well suited for a large group. Lots of mirrors provided and the beds were comfortable. The movie theater was cool but the internet didn’t work the first night so we didn’t get to watch a movie when we wanted to. Hot tub was great the first night but then kept leaking and we did not get to use it again because we had to refill it and it did not heat up in time. Communication was alright. We only got responses to some of our questions and when we asked for more towels and toilet paper our requests went unanswered.

Roomy Option on Busy Street

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The road it is located on is very busy, but the location is good since it is a short drive to many popular Atlanta attractions.

Birthday layover

There were a few things that I noticed about the property that needs to be addressed first the floor in the living room has a pretty good size crack (hazard) and it’s very weak, the master bathroom shower never gets hot, and I felt as though I was being watched the entire time with all the cameras that the property has… I do understand why the need for the cameras due to the property’s location! All the other issues are expected due to the house being older. Overall the property was great the kitchen was very equipped and the house is beautifully remodeled and decorated….

Amazing

We booked for date night and was very pleased. Khaleel was an amazing host. I highly recommend. The location is close to Downtown Atlanta lots of restaurants and nightlife activities close by. The theatre room and hot tub were great!!!!

Awesome getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for my daughter’s Sweet 16 sleepover. The girls had an amazing time. Host was awesome and on top of things as well. We plan to visit again!

Last Minute 50th Birthday Dinner Celebration

First, I need to state that Khaleel’s communication and attentiveness to the last minute request was superb! The app was not working and he responded via email and text, ensuring that we did not miss a beat in the planning of this gathering. The property is beautiful and has everything that is needed for a beautiful stay. The layout of the house is accessible for a large group and all of the amenities one would need for any occasion. The media room is a nice touch and allowed for the Sunday night games to be viewed while we ate and enjoyed the fellowship! While the price point for the property is slightly high, it is comparable with other locations in the area, and the value of the property is more than worth the cost. You will not be disappointed! I am grateful for Khaleel’s flexibility and accommodating us at the last minute! Five stars across the board!

The property is beautiful. The host responded quickly. Power went out 1st night and he stayed in contact with me until it came back on. The fridge stop working after power outage. Even after he told me what to do, it never got back cold. That did become an issue. But we just got a cooler with ice. Floor upstairs creaks soo loudly, which doesn't bother you until the middle of the night when you got to use bathroom. The hot tub and theater room were the best part. Lot of extra chairs outside, very comfortable and handy court yard. Overall we had a good stay. Make sure ALL the trash has been dumped before guest arrives.

recommend for a girlfriend weekend or family visit

Lovely house for friend hang. We really enjoyed the theater room and the layout of the house is excellent for multiple adults to hangout. The space is very clean and the beds are cozy. We stayed on one of the coldest weekends and unfortunately the hot tub was not hot enough. Don’t think normally in Atlanta that would be an issue. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for a girlfriend weekend or family visit.

Daughters Birthday Stay

I wasn’t trying to book this on my Vrbo but didn’t realize it until after it was booked that it had reverted to my account. I booked this for my daughters 21st Bday for her. My daughter told me everything was amazing. From what I see on communication it looks like the host is very attentive, helpful, accommodating and all around a great host. all in all a great place to stay. Well worth the price. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for helping make her special day memorable!
