I am truly sorry for the late reply to your review, but we do apologize for the inconvenience due to the phone in your room not working. We did go ahead and make a note of your room having that issue so we could make sure it did not occur again. And we also made sure the phones in all rooms were working as well. As for the shelf in the bathroom we only have the places in the corners of the bathtub to hold soap and shampoo. But we do hope to have you back here eventually and on behalf of the staff here at The Best Western Plus we do want to say thank you for the awesome score and the polite review especially regarding our front desk team.
