Beautiful stay

This property was in such a nice neighborhood and Tian’s room was just the perfect thing for me to stay one night in Atlanta. Coupled with the great communication, there was nothing wrong with my experience!

Very good location and super nice owner.

We came to town for the weekend and stayed in this cute one room rental for 2 nights. The location is very convenient to everywhere and the room is very clean and neat. Owner provide bottle waters and alot little detailed things you might need during your trip...very thoughtful. The things impressed us the most was the communications from Tian Tian the owner. We got emails and text massages before, during and after regarding our stay. It shows the owner really cares. We really appreciate the hospitality and recommend this place highly! Thanks for everything!!

This is a great little, cozy place. The owners are very nice and quickly respond to questions. It was very clean and in a very safe environment. Can't wait to come back to Atlanta... I will book here again!

Everything was as promised at this rental. Owner was helpful with parking tips and very quick to respond. No noise issues. Bath fully equipped, had comfortable bed, and desk, chair, mini frig, and microwave were all nice touches. Cozy spot to rest when not on the run!

A hidden gem. Tian’s cozy space is brand new and very clean. Tian was a fantastic host who went out of his way to take care of me from the journey in to check out. Yes, there’s townhome construction going on nearby but don’t let that keep you away. This place is super! I’ll be staying here again without a doubt.

Adorable, clean, comfortable, convenient.

This ground-floor room of a three-story duplex is absolutely adorable. It is clean, well-maintained, and a great value. The property is part of a new development that is still under construction. There is a small dorm fridge and microwave in the room, and a desk large enough for a laptop and some paperwork. A spacious, private bath and queen bed round out the room. The temperature was a little bit warm for me, but I didn't ask whether it was ok for me to touch the thermostat. I was only there overnight, so it wasn't a big deal. The bed was comfy and I slept well. If I had been in town for business I'd want a small lamp for the desk so I could work. Other than that, this was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely book again if I need to stay in Atlanta.

The area was very nice and quiet. The room was very clean as well as the bathrooms. And the host was very pleasant and polite. Kept the communication consistent even if i didn’t see him face to face. This was a great stay and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Atlanta.

Fantastic!

I normally travel for business and I've realized that the quality of a chain hotel sometimes can be overrated. This is why I wanted to give VRBO a shot this time. One thing I did learn, for a bit cheaper price than normal hotel chains such as Hilton honors and all the other chains, this place is by far the best home share I've ever stayed in!! This place is cozy, modern, and has a great feel of a southern hospitality. I love all the small decoration to the tidiness and the cleanness this place reveals. I can see the homeowner does a great job cleaning between guest's stay. The place is still half under construction, so once the other part of the complex is ready to go, this place will be even nicer!! I would definitely recommend any business travelers to couples who wants a peaceful place to sleep in and get some rest. For the price, and the convenience of its location, I doubt you'll find others like it.

Fantastic Hospitality!

I attended a conference for 4 days and this place was perfect. Location was only 10 minutes away from upscale Lenox Square shopping area with lots of restaurants and plenty to do. The host was very helpful and hospitable, even offered to help me grab my bags in inclement cold weather. My conference took place during the day, so nearby construction and/or any disruptions from the children upstairs was never an issue. I parked on the street which was the closest parking to the townhome and only a few steps away. Once inside, the room and private bath was clean and decorated with simple modern amenities with all you needed. Loved the sweet notes throughout the room for access to wifi passwords, towels, water, trash, and blowdryers, etc. The pics do not show the nice large TV, cable and desk in the room too. Appreciated the hospitable service! I will definitely stay again. My only reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 - would be helpful to have small fridge/microwave/iron in the room. No complaints - worked out fine for what I needed. Thanks again!

Good for the price.

Pros: • The room is clean, everything is new. • the owner is very helpful and responsive Cons: the room is as advertised, it is part of a 3 story town house, and you can hear most of the noise from upstairs. The only way to go in or out is to go past your room. Overall it was good for the price.
