Beautiful property

This home was perfect for my family, including 2 adult children. There was a lot of attention to detail and the home was tastefully decorated and spotless. Location was perfect with many restaurants close by (even within walking distance).

Perfect House

Perfect house situated close to downtown Alpharetta. Walkable distance to cafe, several restaurants and weekend farmers market. The house has perfect amount of amenities and the decor is spot on. Enjoyed our stay immensely

Shower weekend

Property was the most well equipped we’ve ever stayed at and we appreciated the water and wine ready in the fridge! Beautiful landscaping and touches throughout the house. The only thing we had to get used to was the slight unevenness of the floor between the kitchen and dining area. A 5 star house!

Lovely comfortable cottage in great location. Fully stocked with all essentials and decorated for the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to fully utilize the backyard or the proximity to downtown but we enjoyed our stay anyway!

Amazing week

Beautiful house. Perfect size and location. Very upscale neighborhood, and a good community. Everyone seemed very friendly. It seemed like a rural area, but it is right by downtown Alpharetta, which is very charming (we highly recommend Crust, by the way). Also, we were a 30 minute drive from downtown Atlanta. Specific to the house, it was very cozy and felt like home. We had an issue with the TV in the master bedroom and it was replaced same day. The next time we rent a house in Atlanta, we will definitely look for this one first!

Home away from home

Our company rented the house to have an eight person leadership conference. Instead of being closed off in an uncomfortable conference room. It was perfect! We were able to use the kitchen for all our meals and even had a team building dinner one evening. Absolutely perfect and set the standard for all future events. Thank you!

CLEAN CHARMING PROPERTY

Very clean home! Located in a beautiful neighborhood! Highly recommend this property! My family and I very much enjoyed staying here as we prepared for a family member’s wedding. We stayed for 10 days! If we are ever in the area, we will definitely rent this beautiful home. Linda, the proprietor, is amazing and very accommodating!

My girlfriends and I stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding. This cute little house was immaculate and filled with everything that you could need. Walking distance to Alpharetta and Avalon. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Location was perfect. Walkable to Alpharetta square. Clean, cozy and everything you would need for your stay. Fridge stocked with water and wine; toiletries were perfect; decor adorable. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was absolutely my favorite VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The house looks just like the pictures. We arrived at 12:40 am exhausted but we were so in love with this house we kept walking around point out all the unexpected treasure left for the guest. The frig had water & wine, a large bowl of fresh fruit, coffee suppplies for the next morning. We took advantage of the fire pit the last night. Wood and blankets so graciously provided. Kitchen was well stocked with new like equipment. The location was perfect!!! Walking distance to historical downtown Alpharetta!

Unbelievable experience!!!!!

This house was amazing!!! The location is phenomenal with the great neighborhood and proximity to downtown. The house was gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything we needed was anticipated and covered. I can't imagine anything that was not thought of. I am thrilled that we were able to stay there for our son's wedding week. It really made the weekend seemless and wonderful. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

The home is adorable and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is such a perfect location. You can walk to just about everywhere. Love the access to the school track right down the road. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay in that home.

Loved this property!

Loved this property! Of all the properties I've rented, this by far was the best! For a rental unit, I was super surprised by all the details and fine touches added to the house. The unit had EVERYTHING you could think of that is provided - soaps, shampoos, bath salts, water (still and sparkling) and other beverages in the fridge, coffee, condiments, laundry detergent, etc. There were even fresh apples provided. This special touch makes arriving at a home so nice and I didn't have to worry about running to the store immediately upon arrival. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all tools needed to cook at the house. There were more than enough towels and extra blankets for our family of five. The beds are extremely comfortable and she sheets are very nice too. I love gardening and being outside, so really appreciated the seating areas outside. They even had beautifully arranged flower pots around the property. We walked the neighborhood each evening, went on jogs, and our kids enjoyed catching fireflies at night. Safe area and walking distance to the cute town where there are lots of great places to eat. Only a couple negatives is that the house is older so the walls are very thin. We could easily hear our kids talking in their rooms even with the doors closed. Good news is that the neighborhood is super quiet so never had a problem with hearing street noise or anything. There is a motion sensor light next to the property that will go off and on through the night. The blinds don't really keep the light out well so wearing a sleep mask solves that problem if you prefer a dark room. Even with these two minor issues, we would HIGHLY recommend this property. Super nice! Kudos to the owners for the attention to details! Also, be aware that check-in instructions will be sent to your email associated with your VRBO account from EVOLVE. You'll need to create an account in order to see the check in details.
