The contact person from Vacassa was very responsive. The layout of the home was ideal for our purposes. The inside of the home was very clean however, the owners need to update some serious issues with broken, tattered and over used furniture, pots and pans and low quality towels. They also need an outdoor maintenance person to come get the huge spider webs that ate woven inside lots of the windows. It's pretty discusting

We had a great time at this lovely house. I recommend walking to the nearby Beltline trail which is lined with restaurants! An excellent location if you want to avoid driving. After we arrived by car, we were able to walk, take MARTA, or take short rideshare app rides (to the aquarium for example - a must visit!) to get around. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware in the kitchen for our group of eight. Our only issue came at check out, when we could not locate the outside trash can where we had been instructed to leave the trash.

Location was so very perfect. Walking distance to historical MLK locations. Walking distance to amazing restaurants on Grog St. Minutes to the freeway. This is a gem of a property. Can't wait to go back.

Well, at first it seemed good, but then the smell inside hit us. It was like a cat had urinated in the house. The smell lingered on the entire 1st level for our entire stay. We especially could not use the front room because of that. Then we discovered that there weren't enough towels or silverware for the 10 of us. There was a single use Keurig that did not work properly. The pressure in the showerhead in the master bathroom was so low, you had to stand there for a long time to rinse off. They gave us about 8 ounces of body wash in the other bathroom for 4 days. Remember we had 10 people. There were no blankets to use for the sofa beds. The parking in the back really was not conducive for 4 cars. The worse thing was the hall bathtub. It was so slippery. There wasn't a mat or any kind of strips for safety. Three of us slipped, but my husband slipped, fell out of the tub, hit the toilet, and got a huge gash and bump on his lower left leg. There was an obsolete first aid kit. We had to go out and buy bandages. Also, it was not kid friendly. They had glass tables, glass nickknacks, and no plastic dishware, only glass and ceramic. To sum it all up, it wasn't the experience I expected for the amount of money I paid.

Great place for friends to get together

Lots of room both for accommodation and hanging out, we loved the sun porch. There is a little mind in the sun porch so anyone w sensitivities to that should be aware but we weren’t bothered. I loved how many places there were to walk to in the area in all directions, 100% would stay again

Nice House

Roomy, well-maintained house in good location close to MLK Jr. Center and Carter Museum and Krog St Mkt. A bit disappointed in kitchen supplies (no olive oil, foil/cling wrap, only one towel) and linens (no blankets, just one hand towel per bathroom). Would recommend instructions include how to lock door from outside but call to management was answered promptly and help provided. Would have given five stars if not for those issues.

Large, Lovely Home, Conveniently Located

Our party included two adults in their 50s and one in her 70s, and this house was perfect for us during our four-night stay in Atlanta. The property is very well-maintained, spacious, and the four bedrooms are all fairly equal in space and comfort. If you plan to cook a large meal during your stay, you may need to supplement what is provided in the large kitchen, as the tools and equipment are fairly basic. The Keurig machine was convenient; bring your own pods if you want coffee. The two living rooms were great, as we could have football on one TV and a Christmas movie on the other. The upstairs laundry room was very convenient and allowed us to return home with clean clothes. The temperature of the home was very comfortable during our December stay, and we rarely needed to increase the heat. We did not drive down the alley to park behind the house, as it was far easier to park on the street directly in front. We had a few questions during our stay, and the customer service chat feature was fast and effective. There are some very cool restaurants, shops, and historical landmarks nearby. We particulsly enjoyed the Kitty Dare (for dinner), the shops on the Beltline, Krogg Market (upscale international food hall), and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We definitely would like a return visit.The kitchen and appliances are modern and useful. Our only “complaint” would be the lack of serving dishes and large utensils, no wine glasses, no colander, and no sharp knives. And the grill needs a thorough cleaning.Please take this as helpful advice. Loved the house. And want to return.
