Disgusting, dirty place. Hot scalding water - could barely shower. Pot smokers in hall and lobby. This is not the unit you will get - they will put you on a fithlu unit. DO NOT GO HERE very unsafe.

Great Value

We overall had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels and linens for all of us. There was security downstairs that made us feel very safe once inside. Communicating with the host was great, they checked on us during our trip and kept us updated on everything we need for our trip in a timely manner. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with. My only complaints were that it was a little warm inside overnight, but we knew that was a possibility based on the listing. The floor was not perfectly clean but the rest of the apartment was good! Overall, we still had a great time!

Overall Disappointing

Hallway leading to unit on second floor was very dirty with visible piece of liter laying around. All towels that were in unit for our use were not clean, they had visible stains in them. There were dirty utensil in Kitchen drawers. Shower liner was visibly dirty with scam stains as well as a large brown stain. There was no functioning air condition or ventilation system in the unit, so we were forced to open the window. The noise levels at night were so bad and miserable loud over the weekend. We hardly had any decent sleep. I had to plug my ears to be able sleep at night. When we informed the owner of these concerns, we did not receive any response from her. I had to make a different accommodation arrangement for the last day there because I simply couldn't bear it. Owner did not offer and support in any way to make things better. Overall, very bad experience. I will not recommend this unit or property to anyone I care about.

Good Value for Short Stay

My family stayed for a few nights and were mostly happy with our choice. The Landmark building was easy to find, right off the highway. It was a short walk to many restaurants and hotels. It was also a quiet building at all times. The apartment felt smaller than it looked in the pics, but was enough space for us. The one tiny bathroom reminded me why I usually look for two. Again, it was clean and functional like the rest of the place. Be aware that the AC is controlled by the building, not each unit. As it’s very hot in Atlanta right now, I had wished I brought a box fan for sleeping. Maybe one could be provided for future guests. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Overall, it was good for what we paid.

Good Location Great Price

We were attending an event at the Georgia World Congress Center for Easter Weekend. Parking is expensive and sells out quickly so we wanted to stay within walking distance. This property was 1.1 miles away from GWCC and was more affordable than the downtown hotels. The building is old and the elevators had some issues but the condo itself was completely updated, fresh and modern. We did not have time to actually cook (but could have) and Rachel provided a few extra perks (thanks for the coffee!) Communication was quick and informative. We walked everywhere and felt safe doing so even when returning at 10 p.m. We did get a parking space and had no problems with that, but appreciated the disclosure. I would definitely use Rachel again!

Excellent Stay

My friends and I enjoyed this stay. The condo was clean and accurate to the listing. It was close to a lot of stuff and perfect for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfy and the building felt very safe. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because it was cold but it looked really nice!

The apartment is in an older high-rise that has a lot of character. The location is convenient and close to downtown attractions. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Not Great

The apartment was not clean or ready for us till an hour after we were told we could check in. It was also not fully cleaned when they ‘finished cleaning’ and the towels that were left for us on the bed were damp and there were dirty ones on the washer. The toilet did not work upon arrival and they did not get it fixed our whole stay so we were forced to use the public bathroom in the basement of the building.

Home Base

We rented a car and found ATL very accessible and easy to navigate. This condo was a good home base, very easy to get in and out of in the city and beyond. Strangely you cannot get straight into the building from the underground parking, so you have to walk up a ramp and outside. The unit was pretty clean. I saw a couple of bugs, but it is the South. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Some more seating like a love seat or another comfortable chair would be nice. All 3 members of our family could not comfortably sit together in the living room. The host was very responsive very quickly. We experienced the garbage being picked up around 7am Monday morning and other expected city sounds. Overall it was good for the price.

Great

Great property to live in-located in a perfect spot in Atlanta near other hotels. The building has 24/7 security so it’s incredibly safe. The unit is very clean, very spacious-love that bedrooms are separated from one another and you cannot hear any noise. The price was great (though there was some confusion regarding my costs), and there was a delay in passing us our check in info, the property managers are incredibly kind and receptive. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

My time at the property

Came out to a convention this location was amazing it's right in the mix, close to the night life, the stadium is close, colleges are close. The parking spot was good, security on the property 24/7, no incidents. Place was clean, I liked the setup, I would definitely book again.
