Desayuno excelente, ubicación del hotel excelente. No estuve deacuerdo con el monto a pagar por dia en el hotel, demasiado caro. Nos quedamos tres noches y solo 1 vez nos cambiaron las toallas y nos arreglaron la cama.

Todo muy bien, ubicación, limpieza, atención. Lo único que mejoraría es el sofa cama, ya que esta excesivamente duro y se siente todo el herraje a la hora de dormir

Muy buen excelente ubicación muy recomendable solo que el estacionamiento se cobra y es más costoso que los de alrededor pero nos informan que en los otros se cometen robos, sería bueno que dieran precio especial a huéspedes, por lo demás excelente cerca de todo

No han devuelto 150 dólares de deposito
Buen día al ingreso al hotel me pidieron mi tarjeta de crédito y hicieron un cobro de 150 dólares como deposito ante algún imprevisto o daño me prometieron que de 3 a 5 día después de salir del hotel me devolverían el pago, a la fecha no he recibido la devolución del dinero y sigue cargado en mi tarjeta de credito.

Excelente opcion en el centro de Atlanta. A un costado del acuario, a pocos pasos del CNN, Parque olimpico y del Coca Cola Experience. Varios lugares para comer cerca. El personal super amable. Ofrecen un desayuno mejorable, pero que resuelve. Me encantó y regresaria. Lo unico malo, el costo del estacionamiento ($38 diarios).

Had a great stay, the area is in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was amazing. My only issue was the $45 a day predatory parking fee. After a couple of days, that adds up

The room was clean and the staff were nice, however the parking situation was terrible. I was driving cross country so I didn’t arrive until midnight and was told parking is $45 but it’s valet and you can come in and out until 3pm. The person at the front desk can see that I check out the next day(check out is at 12) and still said I can come in and out until 3. Well then next day I visited the aquarium with plans to also go to the Coke factory, and I really appreciated the close proximity. We wanted to go grab lunch but the parking attendant said that we would be checking out and won’t be able to come back. At this point it’s about 11:15 and I told him we aren’t checking out until 12 and we’ll be back before then. Based off what I was told during check-in my car should have been able to stay but the attendant disagreed. No problem, I just took my car and paid $20 at lunch for parking and another $20 at the coke factory. So total for a 13 hour stay in Atlanta I spent $85 on parking. I don’t have a problem of that is your policy, but I did not appreciate being told one thing at check-in but another at the valet.

When I first went in to check in the man was short and rude to me so that was first and then we went to the valet parking and the men there were kind and worked hard and would have liked to tip them more if I carried more cash, anyways the lobby and rooms seemed nice at first then we noticed it was t cleaned perfect so the next day o asked the cleaning staff if they could clean while I was gone! Came back not even cleaned and dirty looking towels thrown in my shower area! As we checked out the young lady was awesome and apologized and made me a Hyatt member but I like the Hilton vibes! I don’t know if I’d come back and the points or whatever was given to me I don’t know how to even use 😊 but yes there was some positives and a bit of not so good feelings! But thank you for making an attempt to make my vacation great!!

I was nervous about this hotel as there were a ton of mixed reviews. It was in a great central location right next to the aquarium with several great restaurants within walking distance, the included breakfast was great (bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals, hashbrowns, eggs, sausage and oatmeal) and the staff were wonderful and helpful. Yes- the car noises can be quite loud at times and yes there are homeless people. But we never felt unsafe; the hotel is locked and you can only enter it with your keycard and the hotel is in a high tourist area so there were always a lot of people around. We didn’t rent a car so I can’t comment on parking but I would definitely stay here again.
