"The cabin has been undated and was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching geese swim by, kayaking on the lake, and catches up as a family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and tools we needed. It is very close to a small town and to miles and miles of state owned wilderness and trails. We're so glad we booked this place!"

"a great stay with some minor issues.The house we stayed at was beautiful and clean plus well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, clean bedding and toilet paper/paper towels and other products. Any and all complaints were communicated to Adam and dealt with in a timely manner. As the owner he was quick to respond and eager to accommodate to any and all needs. My family was very happy with the over-all stay and we will definitely be back at some point when it's warmer out."

The hosts have been thoughtful in providing equipment and amenities that can be used as the weather allows. We stayed during a beautiful snowy time. I look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy what the Ausable River has to offer."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location and in a quiet area. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing our meals when we didn't go to Gaylord for supper. It was a nice comfortable place to relax at after we spent the day cross country skiing and hiking. "See Title The only reason there were not five stars for cleanliness and accuracy. Tub drain was clogged with LOTS of hair that I was able to pull out myself. Advertised life jackets were missing, so could not use boats, but weather not cooperative anyway. Everything else worked fine!! and they were appreciative of our calls notifying of miner issues.
