"Me and my partner had a beautiful stay here for his 30th birthday. Had plans to see Silverwood theme park but unfortunately they closed. Heidi and Don were wonderful hosts for us! The lake was beautiful too. Even got to enjoy using their small row boat to fish on the lake! (Be sure to get your fishing license for the day) The kitchen set up in the small and cozy guest house was unique. Definitely enjoyed making our coffee in the morning and sitting down by the lake. Overall 10/10 stay. Would...

"We needed a place to stay near Sandpoint as we were visiting some friends of the family for a few days. This place was perfect. It's a newly constructed two story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Ponderay. The home was spotless and everything was brand new. There was a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There was a Walmart located nearby. We were able to drive up to Schweitzer Mountain."

"Great property and great hosts. It was too cold to use the kayaks, but we did use the bikes, which were a nice amenity. The complimentary ride in the Model T was also a nice treat. One note on the bikes - one of the bikes is small so might want to take that into consideration if you are much over 5' and are looking to ride many miles."

Property is beautiful and well kept however views from the cabin not as we had hoped. Warning... No cell service, make sure you have arrangements made before arriving. "The view out the front window was beautiful. But the internet was almost nonexistent at night so the smart tv didn’t work either and I couldn’t get work done on my computer. The front door screen was torn when we got there and the coffee carafe broke as I was filling it with water. The bed was comfortable and we slept great!"

"We chose to rent locally for a Christmas getaway. This home struck us primarily for the view "which was magnificant". But everything else exceeded any expectations we may have had. Eagle watching/photographing was incredible. Our family loved utilizing the couch that comes together in a cube for a movie night. Ammeneties were everything we we needed (even to pull off a Christmas dinner). And the hosts were excellent. (Thank you for sharing your home). We hope to come stay again."
