Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The location of this property is amazing! We were 4 of us and it was a comfortable stay with having 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a living room.The owner was very helpful with giving us recommendations on things to do in Athens.Overall, I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was clean and it worked very well for our family of five. Loved that were minutes from the Acropolis and Plaka. Balcony had a nice view of then park/Temple of Zeus

Great location, great layout, great AC!It was 105 degrees in Athens the week we were there - this apartment and it's AC were amazing. And I loved the shower - much better than other VRBOs we had had this trip.

Excellent location

Very prompt and excellent communication by management and easily walkable to the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent Location

Really enjoyed my experience at this apartment. It was within walking distance to all of the great sites, the management was super responsive and helpful whenever anything was needed, and the place was clean. Also loved the views. I will definitely use it again.

Great Location

We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The property manager provided very detailed information to help us get oriented. We felt like locals by the end of our stay. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Location right in the Historic District

What a great location. The flat is perfect for four and has everything you need to make a great Athens get away. It is within view and walking distance of anything that historic Athens has to offer (Temples, Acropolis, Museums, etc). Well furnished, great air conditioning and access to a washer/dryer as well. The wrap around balcony offers a nice view and sense of the area with great food nearby. The lock box is a little unusual as it is on a nearby fence, but once we figured that out everything was great. The host was friendly and accessible when needed without ever being intrusive. high reccommend.

Large, clean, safe apartment, traffic noise

The apartment is large, clean and great for two couples. The location of the apartment is great to access transportation, tourist attractions & restaurants.Communication with the property management was easy and prompt, self check-in was straightforward with pictures to assist. Has heat pumps in each room, soap, shampoo, kitchen cleaning supplies, laundry provided. No dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, the living room couch hard but large. Only negative: The apartment building is on an extremely busy & loud intersection, didn’t leave windows open due to street noise. Couldn’t enjoy the deck.

Very nice, great location

We really liked this apartment. The location really is 5 min walk to the Plaka and the Acropolis. A couple of items to note. The room AC units don’t come on until it is 25c (about 78F). It was a little warm at times but we were able to cool it a bit by opening the windows. Also…it is a bit noisy at night because the apt faces a street that is fairly well trafficked even at night.

Perfect stay and great location

The location is central to everything that we wanted to do--walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. We were also extremely impressed with how quiet the unit was, even during heavy traffic times. Deck had a table and chairs for sitting outside and people watching. Check in process was easy, and the owners checked in with us via email to make sure that everything was OK. They recommended Welcome Pickups as a transfer from the airport to the unit. We did this and was so pleased with the service we used them for all transfers during our Greece stay.

Right in the middle of everything

This property was reasonably priced and a very nice apartment. Beds were clean and comfortable. Place was clean and then there was the kitchen. That is the only part of the house that was neglected. It was not very clean and was not very well appointed. We to wash things before we used them. Yuk. If you have no interest in the kitchen, this would be perfect. Location. It is above a very busy street and a quiet drink on the balcony is not an option. If you like the noise, go for it. With the windows closed it really cuts down on the traffic noise.

Beautiful natural light

Enjoyed 6-day stay, next door to conference at 5* hotel. The wraparound patio is over busy street, but the light coming in through THREE sets of balcony doors is stunning throughout the day. Washer is in bathroom - clothes did need to be hung to finish drying. WiFi probably not enough for a zoom call, barely managed streaming but sufficient for our needs. I’d be reluctant to bring noisy kids - plenty of room but building is not really sound proofed at all. Nespresso machine available - I needed to pick up pods. Olive oil and basic seasonings, tea, sugar stocked. Very nice shower, utilitarian furniture, comfy bed and pillows. We only had one set of keys provided which created some inconvenience with coordinating coming/going. I do recommend and would stay again.

Difficult start

Due to flight delays, we arrived on midnight. Unfortunately, the lockbox code had been sent to my spam messages. I looked there but was unable to find it. Unfortunately, when I called the emergency number (twice) at midnight while literally on the sidewalk, there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. I also texted the emergency number without answer. We ended up having to get rooms at the hotel across the street for the first night. On day 3, we were awakened with drilling/construction that was very loud in an adjacent apartment. This went on for hours. The apartment was as advertised and functional, but there were major hiccups.

Getting inside and finding the right lock box to secure the keys, was like working your way through an escape room. The directions were not clear or forthcoming. Once inside, it was spacious, nice, and very comfortable. The washing machine/dryer was odd, but worked. Everything was clean and welcoming. Communication seemed to be the biggest issue, even after checking out. We inadvertently left an item inside that goes with an expensive hearing device. We were told the hours we could pick it up, and informed them we would be on a cruise for a week and pick it up when we get back. Upon our return, they told us they hadn’t yet received the item from the cleaning crew. We flew home without it and were informed we could send a courier to then pick it up. ?

Super central to all sightseeing!

Our family of five stayed for 3 days and couldn’t be more central to Acropolis, Plaka, etc. easy access to groceries and restaurants. Hosts were very helpful with info on airport transfers, checking to make sure we got in ok, etc. Place had everything we needed, good space for five, nice living room area. Great views and balcony.

Great Location

Considering Athens doesn’t have a lot of green space, this apartment sits right across from a grove on one side and has some trees adjacent to it as well. Great little wrap-around balcony, easy walk to the Acropolis, really comfortable beds, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen isn’t designed to accommodate large meals but perfect for what we needed.

Amazing

Love the neighborhood! Walking distance from the Acropolis and the Parthenon! So many restaurants near by and the apartment was beautiful! Right in front the temple of Zesus.
