The space
This is a recently renovated 56.8 sqm apartment with a secure entrance door on the 1st floor, designed to feel like a real home rather than a staged short-term rental. The space has been carefully set up to be practical and comfortable for families, groups of friends, or one to two couples.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom is flexible, with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, plus a sofa chair that turns into a single bed. Both bedrooms have their own TV.

There is a well-equipped kitchen suitable for everyday use, with a microwave oven that allows cooking using grill and fan (hot air) functions, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a small entrance hall that works as a sitting and transition area, with two armchairs and storage furniture for clothes and personal items. The apartment also has a small street-facing balcony.

The neighborhood is not fancy or touristic, but a calm, local Athenian area without clubs or noisy nightlife. It feels like living in a central Athenian neighborhood as a local. The location is very convenient: Victoria Metro Station (Green Line) is about 550 meters away (5–7 minutes on foot) and takes you directly to Monastiraki in 4 minutes. Larissa Station (Red Line) is about 450 meters away (4–6 minutes on foot) and connects directly to Syntagma in 6 minutes.

I personally lived in this apartment while studying nearby at the Athens University of Economics and Business, and I’ve taken care of it with the same mindset. My goal is not to offer a luxury or artificial stay, but a clean, well-kept, functional home at a fair price, a place where guests can feel comfortable and experience Athens in an authentic way. I also travel a lot myself (18 countries and counting), so the apartment has been arranged with practicality and real travel needs in mind.
