Beautiful comfortable home in Athens

We stayed at this home for a weekend event at The Classic Center. The host was gracious and very accommodating. Check-in was seamless. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and conveniently located to downtown. The owner went above and beyond with thoughtful touches including a welcome basket with snacks and essentials. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Snowy wedding weekend

The Classic City Retreat is so cozy - everything we needed! Upstairs king beds are so comfy - didn’t try the third. Murphy bed in the downstairs room/office area. Loved the booth type table seating for working or eating and plenty of space at the bar seating. Private backyard area with lots of decks, outdoor screened porch with TV and gas fireplace. Long driveway able to park several cars - but tight parking in the back if more than 2 cars - not a big problem but need logistical plan for who needs to leave first. Loved our stay!

Great House

The house is very nice and perfect for a family. Working with the owner was easy and access to the property was simple. The house was clean, bright and has a great layout for the family to enjoy. The primary bedroom is really big with a large on-suite and walk-in closet. The porch access from the three upstairs bedrooms was a great place to relax. The back porch and the covered eating area was very comfortable and gave us many areas to gather as a family.

Fantastic Property

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The house is lovely, clean, well stocked and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and very close different fun spots in Athens. Our host was proactive and helpful. I cannot recommend more highly.

Perfect for parents weekend

This was the perfect spot for us to spend parents weekend. The home is well stocked ,clean and has a great open floor plan. We spent quality time with our UGA kiddos , we enjoyed staying in and watching the dawgs ! Lovely home with lots of space to share with friends and family.

Perfect Place for our Family Trip to UGA Game

Wonderful property, with lots of comfortable sitting areas inside and out. Easy walk to the stadium! Well stocked kitchen and lots of little extras. We will definitely book again next year. Pleasant and available hosts.

Perfect, thoughtful, best stay ever!

Best rental experience ever!! The place is lovely with tons of thoughtful touches, perfectly appointed with anything you could possible imagine - lots of amenities, immaculately clean, an awesome home away from home for my son's graduation activities. Wonderful Athens Weekend

From the first conversation with Kathy, we felt at ease with our decision. The directions provided made check-in seamless, the home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for a stay for our entire family. The location to makes driving or ride-sharing easy and cost-effective to downtown and Campus. Highly recommend!

Best Places in Athens

This property is more beautiful in person than the picture!!!! Amazing location, amazing backyard with fire pit and outside dining. We booked this place to host thanksgiving dinner and my family were very impressed. The furniture was very clean and comfortable and the beds has my family on google try to find these mattress. Lol I strongly suggest you booking this place, 10 stars for the host and the property.

25th Birthday Celebration

Such a great house and location we were celebrating our sons 25th birthday and a Georgia game was terrific. We walked to the game, enjoyed downtown and really had a nice time.
