Amazing location, walk everywhere and awesome coffee shop in bottom of building. Long term parking across the street so you don't have to play muscial parking while in Athens. The apartment is lovely and accomodating.

What a lovely apartment! Loved all the brand new amenities and having my own bathroom. I came to Athens from Virginia to celebrate my husbands life with my family. There was unannounced construction next door late Friday evening and early on Saturday and Sunday. Cleaning was not 'Angela clean, due to the pink mold stains in the shower drain and toilet. Enjoyed the visit with my son and best friend, close to everything and cozy apartment.

Stayed at this location for a week while my child was attending a UGA sport summer camp! This place was wonderfully decorated and comfortable and quiet! The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed during the stay. I was a bit nervous about the parking, but it ended up being a non-issue as there are so many options around the property. The property is just as shown in the pictures if not cuter in real life. The bathrooms were the perfect size and even come with graciously sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles. I did a few loads of laundry , and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The property even included multiple wash pods for my use. The owner checked in during the stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. I had no problem finding the keys following the directions given and the WIFI worked very very well for having to work there all week while visiting. One thing to note, there is construction going on next doors to the property, and the crews start a bit early. It didn’t bother me, and I’m sure they’ll be done with the project soon, but it’s something to note if you are a late sleeper during the week. Additionally, the crews were not working on the weekend, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Additionally, the coffee shop below is amazing!!! I loved going down there every morning before I went to work. Perfect location to campus and got everywhere I needed to within a 5 minute drive! Can’t wait to stay here next summer! Thank you!!!! :-)

Athens Oasis

This property was perfect for our family to stay during G Day weekend. The location couldn’t be better. Walkable to the stadium and all the restaurants and shops to choose from. It’s above a coffee shop which was great for the teen kids to walk down grab breakfast or a snack. The inside was brand new and had everything to think of for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were impeccable and hot showers. Downstairs living room area was big enough for our family of 5 to relax, watch tv before heading to the game. Communication with the host was great. They were very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

This place is very convenient to downtown and walking to bars/restaurants. Extremely clean. Be ready for steps! But worth it. Clean space. Has everything you need. Right next to SAE…so expect loud music from 2pm-8pm. No parking at the building but paid parking is just a few steps away. Check in was not clear to find the lock box… because there are about 8 on the railing. But again, the space is great. Just wanted to share for future visitors.
