Title: Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Athens!We had a fantastic time in Athens and this property made it even more special! The apartment was clean, stylish, and perfectly locate and great local restaurants. It was a quiet retreat after busy days exploring the city. We had an excellent stay in this very well appointed apartment! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the communication between the owner and myself was superb. We also hired a driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport for an extra fee but so worth it!

We had the best time at this location! First of all, Yannis was excellent at communicating and answering all my questions before and after booking. He was extremely responsive which I really appreciated. The house was perfect for our family of 6 that stayed there. It was in a fantastic location with an amazing rooftop terrace. Just know that the stairs to get to the rooftop terrace and the room on the rooftop is a narrow outdoor staircase but we loved it. You can not beat the view of the acropolis on the rooftop. Also, the area is in walking distance of some many different tourists sites so that worked perfectly for us. Finally, this location offers a shuttle to pick you up from the airport for an additional fee. I highly recommend taking advantage of this. Tolis (who picked us up) was great and provided us with so much information about the house and area

Perfect Location, Breathtaking Views

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our family of five. The location was perfect for exploring all the sites of Athens. The check in and check out process was easy and the host, Yannis, was welcoming and very helpful with arranging airport transfers. The best part of this apartment is the private rooftop. The view from the roof is spectacular and we spent many evenings as a family talking about the highlights of the day while watching the sunset over the Acropolis. Highly recommend!

Incredible view of the Acropolis and Athens

I enjoyed this property very much. I didn't realize the 4th bedroom required you to go outside and up a metal, spiral staircase, but it was still very nice. My favorite part of our stay was hanging out on the rooftop taking in the views. We really enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine on the roof our first night. There was a lot of attention on the details. The communication was excellent as well. Overall a great stay.

Breathtaking view and close walk to everything

I stayed here with my parents, wife, and three kids (ages 6-13). We were a quick 20 minute walk to central Athens and all were t has to offer. The roof terrace was breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. The property managers communicated quickly and effectively. The property was clean and well maintained. No complaints.

Exceedingly Great Service

The team at MaMaison done a fantastic job of making us feel appreciated at MaMaison no.7. From the time we landed in Athens until the time we departed, there was great service everywhere we looked.The cleanliness was just another outstanding feature that we experienced. The apartment's location was also very conveniently located to numerous shops and restaurants.There were regular follow-ups to be sure our stay was satisfactory but it was never unsatisfactory. We also received multiple recommendations for site seeing and dining ootions that were also very helpfulWe would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone where views and convenience are a close second priority to luxury accommodations.

The View

If for no other reason, you should stay here for the view. We spend much time up on the rooftop living space just taking in the Acropolis view. Starting the day, with the early light, or ending it with the sunset or lite up views, there was always a reason to escape upstairs.The rest of the unit is very nice and met our needs well. Like with all properties, there are quirks and things that we would do differently with it, but none move the needle. We had a very nice stay, and feel that we may have had the best view in town.

Family trip to Athens

Our family of 4 had an amazing time on our first trip to Athens. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Ideally located - short walk to all the major sites but not in the midst of the touristy area so it was a peaceful oasis at the end of the day. The apartment is beautiful - clean, well appointed and the view from the rooftop deck is even better in person than the pictures. Yannis went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful with exceptional communication and arranged for driver to and from the airport. He was fantastic- safe driver, on time and it was such a great way to start our trip to be greeted at the airport with smiling and friendly face. Made it all seamless and stress free. We had plenty of space for our family of 4- our college aged students loved the location too. Thank you Yannis - we enjoyed our stay and I hope we will be back again.

Amazing property and hospitality!

My family of 5 adults stayed in this beautiful and comfortable home for two nights in May 2025. Owner Yannis was extremely helpful with transportation from the airport and to the ferry port and was very communicative before, during and after our stay. The house is amazing, with a rooftop deck and living room balcony with incredible views of the Acropolis. We highly recommend Ma Maison properties!

Greek Odyssey in May

Our stay in Athens was fantastic. Not only was the weather great, this apartment was perfectly situated for what we needed. The roof terrace was incredible and had amazing views of The Acropolis, The Parthenon and The Parliament building. It was also 5 minutes walk from the Panathenaic Stadium and National Gardens. The apartment gave us everything we needed and even our private chef had everything he needed to cater for us! Yannis was an excellent host and would highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to stay in Athens. I would also recommend you book their private transfer to and from the airport, although it was extra it really made a huge difference and meant we didn’t need to navigate public transport when we first arrived.

Excellent well run fab balcony

Stayed with 6 friends. Easy checkin & help with bags. Very clean with superb balcony as good as advertised pictures. Fourth bedroom with ensuite is up a narrow external spiral staircase accessed within the flat. Three bedrooms on lower level share 2 bathrooms. Located in a great area a short walk from all sights.

Excellent property and Host

This property and Yannis the host and airport transport provided were outstanding. The penthouse is gorgeous and location with perfect view of Acropolis and Zeus temple. Around the corner and down some ‘European’ steps is two markets, two breakfast/brunch places, and a very cool bar. Uber friendly for pickup and return. Brush up on operating European appliances… lol. Location is about 0.8 miles to the Plaka a location of local shops and great restaurants. I highly recommend Daphne’s for a great fine dining experience, located at the Plaka. The penthouse rooftop is gorgeous it was unfortunately too cool for us to enjoy it properly. I highly recommend this property for your Athens holiday.

Perfect Location & View

We chose this property for our stay in Athens based on previous reviews and the pictures. The roof view and bedroom is worth the price alone. The location of the property was perfect for access to all of the must see locations and the apartment was well kept and clean upon arrival. The hosts took care of our airport transport, relieving us of the hassle of navigating our way to and from the apartment with many large bags. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which was very helpful with our small child. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Yannis and Rena for helping make our stay in Greece feel like home.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location

The apartment was lovely with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The view of the Acropolis was actually more spectacular than shown in the online photos. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the Acropolis and Plaka. We arranged our transportation with our host both from the airport and to the port of Piraeus. Overall, a lovely experience – highly recommend.

Modern Apartment with short walk to Acropolis, Parthenon and other fun areas

Modern, updated apartment with 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Great shared roof deck with glamorous view of Parthenon. Short walk to Acropolis, Parthenon and restaurants and only 2 minutes to neighborhood restaurants, nail salon and mini markets. Yannis was very helpful and all support was timely and effective.

Unforgettable Athens Escape with Breathtaking Acropolis Views

This property provided the perfect home base for our Athens adventure! The highlight was undoubtedly the covered rooftop deck with its stunning panoramic view of the Acropolis. We spent many evenings up there enjoying food and drinks, mesmerized by the illuminated ancient structure. The interior was equally impressive. The bedrooms were spacious and offered ample storage for our luggage, which was a huge plus. While the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. And with three well-appointed bathrooms, there was never a wait for the shower, even with our group. But let's talk about that rooftop bedroom! It was an unexpected gem.
