Amazingly welcome host for a beautiful, quiet, safe spot in Athens. What really went above and beyond were complimentary bottles of sparkling water with Athens themed mugs too. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We found the property nice and clean. It was also very quiet. More furniture to sit on in den area would be great and the shower gel was empty in the master bathroom. Those are just small things .

Wonderful spacious townhome!

Very clean, spacious property with all new fixtures and linens. Everything about our stay was top-notch! Owners responded quickly and kindly to any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Short but nice stay.

Very nice and clean place. Great for 3 couples or a small family. Pretty close to campus but not walking distance.

Great stay!

The house was great. Everyone commented when we arrived how nicely decorated it was. It definitely felt very clean and bright. Easy to get to all of the Parent's Weekend festivities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much

Great Place to Stay

This home is absolutely amazing. It has a very peaceful vibe which is needed when returning from an all day conference. It is definitely a home away from home. The owners are very responsive. I would definitely return when I am in Athens for a conference.

Great stay

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided everything we needed for a fun family weekend visiting our UGA student. Although this home is not within walking distance to the main part of campus, it was a short drive and located in a nice, new neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Thank you for hosting our family to attend the University of GA Graduation. The location was great in relation to the University. We could drive to campus or downtown or take an uber. Loved having an upstairs so everyone had their own space and private bath. Ty!

Wonderful stay in the Classic City!

We loved our stay at this comfortable and convenient home! Madeleine, of course, left no detail unturned! We loved our welcome basket, which was complete a with the perfect accessories for Game Day! The beds were heavenly after a long day of cheering on the Dawgs! Would certainly recommend this property to others!

A Wonderful Christmas with Family

The manager of the property got back to me every time I text her and if I had a question or a problem. The rental was clean had everything you need and the area was very nice and quiet. I would recommend this place and would use her rental again in other places when I have another trip.

Amazing Property!!!

We absolutely loved this property! This home was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of space for our group! Loved the porches for relaxing and socializing. The three bedrooms were well thought out, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was friendly, attentive and quick to respond. The surroundings were nice and the area felt safe. Although we were too far to walk to the stadium, the location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Weekend in Athens

New construction with modern amenities. Location was a bit farther to the downtown area than we had expected and the property was in what I would equate to an apartment complex. Spring Break was going on so there was not many people around so it was not an issue for us. In general it was new, in good condition and fulfilled our families needs for the weekend.

Cozy Clean and Comfy

My family and I spent some days on end of the year exploring Athenas and towns around, and Madeline's place was perfect. this house with 3BR was immaculate, cozy and well decorated, clean, in top of all that it's near to downtown and university (5 mins driving). First floor has one bedroom perfect if you can't use stairs. This is our 2nd property of Madeline that we stayed, she's awesome host and very communicative, pending in every detail about your stay including Starbucks coffee in the kitchen. She and her places deserves more than 5 stars!!! (you must book her cabin in Cherry Log too)

Literal Perfection!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. The location was excellent, only a few miles away from downtown and UGA campus. The site had everything we needed for our stay and groceries were available only a few miles down the road. There were several guidebooks waiting for us with suggestions of things to do around town. The beds were comfortable and the home was impeccably clean.The decor was incredible. Very clean and sleek with ample space to host a family. Laundry detergent, dishwashing solution, linens, and paper towels were all available as well as all dining utensils. The hosts were very communicative and available with any questions. We will gladly stay at this location again for our yearly trip!
