Dear Guest , It is a pity you did not inform our reception of all above issues during your stay with us. The size of our rooms are the standard European size for a city hotel. Regarding the heating and the television remote control we have never had such a comments fro other guests and after checking you room the remote control of the TV was there and the tv was fully functioned.
