Wonderful location in a cute neighborhood

Super cute little spot in a perfect location, walkable to restaurants, sorority houses and shops. Adorable neighborhood. Place was small but just what I needed for a weekend stay. Full- size kitchen with full size washer and dryer as well as all appliances. Bed was comfy! Everyhthinb was clean

Charming bungalow in an ideal location

This property is in one of the most ideal locations if you’re visiting Athens. It’s a short walk to five points and the Georgia campus! Checkin was easy, and everything was clean and inviting. I did have trouble sleeping in the bed, but that’s probably just me. There’s a lot to love about this place.

Adorable Apartment

A great apartment for short and long term stay. Well decorated and clean, I appreciated that plenty of towels, washer/dryer toiletries and kitchen utensils were included making it easy to settle in quickly and enjoy Athens. The rental is situated in a quiet and neighborhood nestled between beautiful mature trees giving it a welcoming atmosphere.

2024 NCAA Swimming Championships

Our main criteria for choosing a place was distance to the natatorium so we could walk to the meets, twice a day. Not only is it an easy walk to the UG campus but the bungalow was perfect for us. Clean, quiet, and convenient in a lovely safe neighborhood. Also, Brian is a wonderful host, always just a quick email away. We had the absolute best time in Athens, and the bungalow and Brian were major factors.

Fantastic!

Safe neighborhood with parking in driveway. Super clean and very well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed with brand new linen. Overall an excellent stay and great service with checking in and out. We got Ubers easily so never needed to drive.

I stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights while at a conference in Athens. I was totally pleased and happy with everything! The condo is sparkling clean, very cozy, beautifully decorated! The neighborhood is beautiful, felt very safe! Definitely recommended!

We visited from Houston so my son could make his final college decision. I didn't know what a perfect location your property was in since I had never been to Athens. We were right where he needed to be to get a social feel to the school. He loves it!! So I will certainly be staying with you again.
