This apartment is a great property located near everything we wanted ... supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, great restaurants and near all the major attractions we wanted to see. We like to walk so when i say "near" I mean within 45 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean and neat!! Would definitely stay again!! Great host!!

It was a perfect fit for us!!!! Most everything we were interested in doing in Athens was in walking distance. The apartment was awesome!!! It had cooking utensils, plates, a few spices, and gave us a feeling of home away from home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The only reason for a 4 in the neighborhood is cause of roadway parking making it tight to maneuver, it is what it is. This is a 100% must stay location in Greece if your coming to visit the Acropolis and Monistraki Sqr. 28 minute walk to ether one. Plenty of eateries and shops just around the corner.

Very well appointed apartment. Clean, plenty of space for 2 couples to stay. Very nice having separate air conditioning units for each bedroom and the main living area! Blackout curtains also a plus. Good location, easy to get to public transportation. John is an extremely accommodating host every step of the way!!

Very Comfortable

The property is lovely. It was well-appointed with good towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, and glasses. The appliances were in great shape. The living room was very comfortable and the television was in great condition. The AC was phenomenal and greatly appreciated because of the hot summer temps we encountered. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Hot water was provided by solar panels, but there was a button to activate the heater so four people could shower with adequate hot water. Throughout the stay, our host was readily available via WhatsApp. There was a bit of a snafu with check-in, but the host did apologize for the confusion and was easily contacted thereafter. He was always understanding and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay at this apartment was exceptional. Very modern, clean, and in close proximity to restaurants stores, bars etc. The host was very very helpful. For example when the airline lost our luggage he helped us with the communication and delivery. We were very impressed and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Another example, when the taxi drivers went on strike he helped by finding us transportation from the airport to the apartment.

Perfect place for touring Athens

My family stayed in this wonderful apartment for 3 nights prior to boarding our cruise. The location is perfect for touring Athens. Easy walking distance to everything. Very clean and modern apartment. AC worked very well! Great communication with the host. I will recommend this place to my friends who plan to visit Athens.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The apartment was just as advertised. Beds were perfect and very nice to have thermostats in each bedroom. The communication with the host was perfect and very helpful. John arranged our transportation to and from the airport. We loved being in the neighborhood yet short walk or metro ride to the sites. Great local restaurants and bakeries near by. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Athens!

Very nice place with everything. Included Netflix which was a nice touch. Closest tourist site was over 10 minutes walk. From there everything gets farther out. After a few days of constant walking we started taking taxis

Wonderful!

The property is located in a nice neighborhood, and a short walking distance from the attractions of Athens. I enjoyed staying in a more local feeling area of Athens versus the tourist areas. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, the kitchen was one of the more usefully stocked ones I've used in rentals, and the bed/s were quite comfortable. This was a very nice home away from home. John, the host, was very friendly, helpful, and communication was top notch. I hate giving knowledge of this gem away, but would rather support John and his property than hoard it to myself.

Exceptional Host

This was a great experience from first inquiry to checkout. The property is just as depicted on the website. It is clean and well appointed. In a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to Athens landmarks and attractions. It is within walking distance of a great selection of restaurants and shops. The taxi driver Giannis was waiting for us at the airport. Impeccably dressed. The taxi was spotless. He also provided transportation from the apartment to the port. He was punctual. Picked us up at the exact agreed upon minute. Host John was our Athens advocate. He responded almost instantaneously to our inquires and provided valuable information on Athens. He became our friend in Athens. We will stay at his apartment the next time we are in Athens. Highly recommended.
