Fantastico

El alojamiento es funcional, elegante y tranquilo La propietaria nos facilitó adelantar el check in a las 7 de la mañana, ya que nuestro vuelo aterrizaba a las 6. Cuando llegamos nos tenía preparados un pan dulce exquisito y agua. Algo no despreciable en Atenas en verano. Sin duda un apartamento muy recomendable

This well located apartment was such a delight. Our hostess had thought of everything from a well-equipped kitchen to laundry, lots of storage space in the bedrooms and comfortable living room. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking a park in the morning and evening. The bedrooms are quiet and the beds comfortable, for a good nights sleep. The location is convenient to services, transportation, restaurants and shops. We especially liked the proximity to Mt, Lycabettos, which we climbed almost every morning for exercise. Our hostess Sofia was gracious and always available for questions. She had already put together a map of the neighborhood and a “guide book” for the apartment and the most popular Athenian sites. When we return to Athens this is where we plan to stay, we’re spoiled.

Exactly as described. A beautiful apartment within walking distance of many sites. The host provided many recommendations for both dining and sightseeing, plus helpful information about transportation (metro, taxi) Highly recommend this VRBO. The host was very accommodating and even checked when our flight arrived. 5 star all the way.

The property is spacious and very well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt really safe and there were some well stocked grocery stores nearby to stock up on local provisions. The host was exceptional from the moment we booked, and her guide book in the apartment is spot on as were here recommendations for food in the area. Would definitely look to book again next time I'm in the area.

Comfort and Convenience

I stayed for the month of April 2025 and didn’t want to leave. I’m a Greek American senior with relatives living in the Athens area. Location was the best. I could walk up Lycabettus hill, go to museums, galleries and Syntagma Square, church, shopping and a different cafe everyday! The apartment had everything to make my extended stay very comfortable and will plan for a return stay. Sofia was a wonderful host and as delightful as her apartment!

Perfect apartment in a great neighborhood

We came to Athens for a visit with 3 of us. The apartment is a great choice over a hotel to spread out a bit, have a kitchen to make breakfast and a washer/dryer to do laundry. The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mount Lykabettus (which we hiked every day to see the sunset - highly recommend!) with some small shops and good restaurants very close by. Our host met us at the property and gave us a tour. She was so thorough and friendly, answering our questions and giving us recommendations. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Th lank you!

Great Athens location

We very much appreciated this apartment because of the location. Ease of access to everything. Also the best stocked and equipped VRBO location we have stayed in.Last but not least, Sofia is definitely a super host. She left lots of information and was easy to get ahold of.

Great stay!

We loved this place. It is on a quiet street in the upscale Kolonaki neighborhood. We could walk to almost everything Athens offers. Our host Sofia was both responsive and accommodating. When we return to Athens we hope to stay here again!

Ideal Apartment in Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed a perfect five night stay in this comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped apartment in a fascinating upscale neighborhood. Great base for visiting the sites in Athens with metro stops a ten minute walk away. It is an uphill walk back to the apartment but taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. Restaurants and other services nearby. Sofia is an outstanding host with great recommendations for what to do locally and guides for using the apartment.

Home away from home

Ms Sofia welcomed us with a warm smile and a wonderful cake. The apartment was very clean and plenty of bedsheets, blankets and towels. The washer and drier worked very well and there was a supply of detergent. In the kitchen we found plenty of dinnerware, silverware, utensils and appliances. Like I said: Home away from home!

Wonderful time in Athens

The apartment was wonderful full of personal touches and beautiful artwork. Sofia could not have been more hospitable and helpful - very easy check in and she even had hand made desserts to welcome us. The apartment is in the absolute best area of Athens and was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!

A great place to stay

This is a beautiful property. Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment. There is a lovely balcony to have your breakfast each morning. The location is excellent. There is a lovely place to eat in the evening - literally moments from your door step. We went there each night to have a light dinner and soak up the atmosphere. The property is close to the sites- 30 mins walk to the acropolis and 15 mins walk to lots of museums. However the property is an upward walk from the centre so may need to use a taxi on the way back if walking and heat is a problem. Sofia, the property owner, made us feel very welcomed. They gave us a tour of the property and help us to familiarise ourselves with the property. I would strongly recommend booking this property when in Athens.

5 stars rating - excellent place to stay

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Thank you so much for your welcome, Sofia, and also for your flexibility with check-out on our departure day. We have really appreciated that! The apartment location is ideal for visiting Athens. Literally every major sight is easy walking distance, alternatively, 2 metro stations can be reached in 10-15 minutes. There are dozens of restaurants in the area, we would like to point one that is just around the corner, simple outside dining bistro style, the food and service are great. Be patient waiting for a table, the place is very crowded and appreciated by locals; it is worth the wait. Look for Dexameni restaurant. We have liked the apartment itself, the bedrooms are spacious which is a real plus. You may get some street noise in the living-room and on the balcony but both bedrooms face the interior of building and are very quiet. All equipment was very clean and working fine! To summarize: this apartment has everything a short term rental needs for a successful weekend abroad and we recommend it highly.

It's entirely cozy

The stay was all good; it was in a good location, clean, described accurately, communication with Sophia was great, etc. She has quirky-but-good decor, including some of her mother's drawings, other people's ceramics, and her own paintings. Also, thanks so much for the sweet bread!
