Great Experience

The property is very unique and has everything you would ever need for a stay in Athen plus some. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and all of the information about the area. We were here to move out son into UGA and it is very conveniently located to the campus and stadium. House has lots of cool games including arcade games, shuffleboard, foosball and would be a great place to stay with friends on a game day. We didn't have time to enjoy this property to it's fullest potential.

Hidden GEM in UGA

What a wonderful experience in EVERY aspect!!! I cannot say enough about this property and I have raved about it to allll of our friends!!! This unique property is everything it claims to be— spacious, clean, well-stocked and appointed, and close to everything!! My communication with the owners on booking and checking in was so easy and friendly—again, highly highly recommend!!!!

Swim and Dive NCAA

The condo was perfect for our family (18+) while staying in Athens for the Women’s Swimming NCAAs. The listing online is accurate, the host is outstanding, the location is close to UGA and restaurants, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the games were super fun! Hoping to stay here again!

Beyond my expectations

We stayed two nights, bedding and pillows were supremely comfortable, interesting artifacts everywhere you looked. The listing was accurate, in person the decor and comfort of the home was superior to the listing. Will stay here when we visit Athens again.

Church Condo in Athens

We rented the condo to accommodate our family and friends for my son’s wedding.. it was a perfect place to re-connect with our loved ones. The teenagers as well as the adults enjoyed all the games. Plenty of supplies, sheets, towels. We didn’t want for anything. It was a GREAT time for us all! The owner was very accommodating for all our needs.

The Church

Great living area. Interesting place. I was under the impression the futon was in an enclosed room but it is not. Two huge bedrooms and downstairs small bedroom. Worked for us except the open futon room. I would highly recommend for 3 couples and extras who don’t mind sleeping in open areas. Would stay there again! Thank you Carl.
