Location excellent. everything very close, acropolis, subway restaurants, groceries 2 min walk.
check is confusion. we didn't know which apartment was ours. It was on the instructions but easily missed.
The apartment is in an old apartment building, with stairs and tiny old-fashioned elevator that has doors to close before it works. we could hardly fit our mid-size luggage and us in it.
The apartment was bright and clean with towels, clean linens, basic toiletries. The shower is definitely a disappointment. there are no doors on the shower and the water sprays out. Some of the lights were burnt out.
The laundry which one of the reasons we chose this place did not work and it was clear the people before us had the same issue. the water did not drain. we were not able to do laundry and had to wash everything by hand. they did provide a cloths rack so that helped. we did advise the host and were asked to trouble shoot ourselves with their instructions and when we did and we had water gushing out. of the machine at which point we said we won't do this. they offered to send someone but at that point we had excursions and were not going to be there and did not want people in the apartment. we were also only there 4 nights.
kitchen: all the appliances but one outlet and had to use the appliances over top of fridge no other place. used tea kettle in living room. Keypad outside failed. difficult communication with host, but very responsive gave us keys. Host is very responsive.
