Room was clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was average. Evening meal was very good. Couldn’t get any cold water in our room-it was warm or hot only.

Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked ...
