Infinity Pools Views in a Clean, Well-Kept Local Homes Near Atenas, CR

This property is stunning! Photos properly represent the home, which has a prime location, just a 20-minute walk to Atenas. We enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool, sitting on the expansive balcony while soaking in peaceful views of San Jose. Nestled in a gated community, this home feels safe, and is located in a very quiet, private area. The Kitchen is very large and is great for cooking meals at home. Plenty of living space for a group of 5-6 people. There is a "Casita", which is as a private, single roomen suite bathroom, away from the main house. We highly recommend this space for groups of 4-6 people. Kids loved it, and so did we.

Great location and nice property!

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Atenas. The owner/property manager was great to deal with. Very responsive. The house was comfortable but could use a little updating. The pool and patio area were perfect! We went during the rainy season but obviously not a reflection on the owner. Would recommend going during dry season. The rainy season brought out a lot of bugs but, again, nothing the owner could do about that. You are in a rain forest and this can't helped. Would visit again!

Las Nubes

Just a wonderful place in a great location. The house is huge, with a fully equipped kitchen with anything you might need, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer. Good sized pool, nice grounds, comfortable beds, capacious bathrooms, and lots of birds around.The views into the central valley are amazing, both during the day and with the lights at night. Yet the house is very private. Very easy access with all paved roads, a short drive into Atenas, and about 30 minutes to the airport. Communication with property manager was great and very responsive. We would definitely like to stay again.Also, I'd just like to thank Piet, the property manager, again. After a DIFFERENT property cancelled on us at the last minute, he was able to work with the Las Nubes owner to get us in there for the same dates. We really appreciated his efforts.

Beautiful Views!

The listing was accurate. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were just magnificent. The pool was comfortable to swim in even though it was not heated. We utilized the airport pick-up and drop-off, the car rental service and the stock your pantry service offered by the house managers, Piet and Yvonne. These services made iur trip so easy.

Breathtaking view and excellent location. The infinity pool is an excellent addition.

The location is a much sought after gated community with homes that are the most desirable. The mountain views, infinity swimming pools, picturesque winding roads, and the cool breezes are intoxicating.
