A good hotel for a short stay. Close to beautiful Shrewsbury. Excellent and friendly staff. Good standard of facilities including swimming pool. Nice, clean and spacious room. Lovely breakfast. Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación .
