"I was one of a quite a few wedding guests staying at the hotel? Luckily our room had Aircon which was lovely but I know quite a few of the other rooms didn’t have Aircon so I think that would be advisable to be put in all the rooms"

We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! "It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. "

"The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden. "Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit."

"In all an average room. The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean at all cobwebs and dust in the bedroom area and the bathroom was disgusting the shower was not clean and underneath the toilet liner had brown old stains on was really dirty."
