"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable but that’s about the only positives really. For an apartment hotel it’s not up to standard, there is an overheating issue in the building.
