The farmhouse, reachable via a short dirt road, retains the authentic rustic character of the Umbrian countryside and has been divided into five independent apartments – studios, two-room, and a spacious three-room apartment – each dedicated to the alchemical elements Sun, Moon, Earth, Fire, and Water. Every accommodation is carefully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.

On the lawn, just a few steps from the farmhouse, lies the swimming pool with a large green area, while a barbecue, parking, and mountain bikes are available for excursions along the Franciscan trails. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, tastings of wine and PDO olive oil, cooking classes, private chef service in the villa, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, enhancing the authenticity of the stay.
