"No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups.
