***Garbage and Recycling Instructions***
At the end of your stay, please ensure you have sorted garbage from recycling. Put all recycle and garbage bags in fish room and close the door to ensure no critters get in. We have provided a few extra clear garbage bags if needed (green and black bags are no longer accepted in our region). Please note that if the garbage is not sorted correctly, there is a $200 fine.

** Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability which is not guaranteed. Please submit the request at least 24hours before check out. Additional fees will be applied.

** Fire Pit
If you plan to use the firepit, we kindly ask that you bring your own firewood.

➜Snow removal tools and salt will be provided to help you clear snow from aisles and stairs. Please be careful when snow accumulates.

📌 If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
--Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
--Dogs are allowed in our cottage. However, please keep them away from the sofa and bedrooms (so that future guests with allergies will be OK)
--We have docks for boats. Please stay safe and wear life jackets if you are going for any water sports.
--You are welcome to fish on the dock. Please clean fishes in the fish clean house outside the house.
--It is a waterfront property. Please keep your kids safe.
--This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties outside. Be considering to the neighbors and keep the noise level down after 10 pm.
--The cottage is on well and septic. It is always recommended to boil the water before drinking.
--We take groups of less than 14 guests.
