This unit was perfect for 2 adult couples. The location is great, with an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and activities. The rooms are compact but the amenities are excellent and nicer than your typical rental. The bathrooms were stocked like a nice hotel with shampoo/soap etc, plush bathrobes, and multiple towels per person. The kitchen had all the basics like olive oil, seasonings, ziplocks and plenty of paper products. The laundry was stocked with detergent and it was easy to operate. We hiked and bikes and got dirty so it was great to have the washer dryer. I did not realize that there was no a/c (my fault) but Ali had 2 box fans delivered in minutes of our arrival during an unusually warm day in Aspen. After that first afternoon, we opened the window at night and woke up chilly every day (great for sleeping). The WiFi worked great and there are tvs in the den as well as each bedroom. The street was quiet but just up the hill from the St Regis, the top edge of town and a block from the gondola. I would stay again and highly recommend it.
