Location and Amenities

Stayed a week for a family Spring Break. The location for downtown Aspen and the gondola is excellent. The kitchen and living area is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. The downstairs entrance is a little tight but once you get past that, the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite comfortable.We had a couple small issues with the Wi-Fi and noise from the heating but the property manager was prompt in getting them resolved.I would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a comfortable environment in downtown Aspen.

Ski trip

Good location, very clean house and decent proximity to lifts. The only complaint that we had was the lack of normal household supplies. No dish or laundry soap. No extra toilet paper or coffee filters

Perfect Location and Condo!!

We absolutely loved this cozy condo with all the amenities in an ideal location in Aspen! Three great bedrooms, kitchen supplies, washer dryer, fun artwork and all very clean! We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Great location, nice home, had some issues

This two-level condo is well appointed and the owner has provided for almost every need related to cooking and preparing cocktails. The floor plan is compact but efficiently laid out and cozy. The location is fabulous and walking distance to most restaurants, Ajax mountain and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, there were a few issues such as a strange loud clicking sound in the master bedroom ceiling that woke up guests on both floors multiple times in the night. Management said there was likely trapped air in the radiator pipes and our only option was to turn off the heat and just use local spot heaters, which did not seem acceptable in 10 degree weather so we just tolerated the nightly waking due to the noise. We also awoke one morning to find a new loaf of bread on the kitchen counter had been torn into and shredded by what we could only assume was a critter. The property management responded by placing mouse traps around the kitchen. The Keurig coffee maker also stopped working during our stay which was unfortunate for a house full of coffee lovers. The heated bathroom floors worked in the kids bedroom bath but did not work in the first floor master suite. Would have loved to give this location 5-stars, but these issues given with the holiday premium rate we were paying tarnished our stay a bit.

Spectacular spot in a lovely town

We had the best weekend in Aspen staying here. The location is perfect- walking distance to everything. The house was clean, had everything we needed stocked, and perfect size for our family of 6. I would highly recommend!

My favorite rental in Aspen, without question!

First of all the location is just phenomenal. This unit sits directly across the street from the St Regis. Then the apartment itself is just quintessential classic Aspen. It’s cozy, wood, warm vibes with the soft lighting and throw blankets. It was just a perfect place to take a nap on the sofa and stare out the gorgeous picture windows looking out over the changing colors of the aspen trees lining Mill Street. It’s also close to all of the restaurants and shops; walking distance to everything is key. If you’re here to ski, it is so easy to walk straight down the hill to the amenities. There’s ample storage all of the bedrooms are very nicely furnished. The kitchen is really beautiful and has all of the conveniences is nicely stocked with glassware and there’s even a beautiful mini bar area adjacent. It’s just so convenient so cozy and just very elegant. Having the back door access directly onto a patio area that steps right down to the hot tub was really amazing. It was also very quiet and yet just so close to the central hub of town. Highly recommended.!

Great Spot

The property is very well located and is great for a family or group. It was also clean and relatively well appointed (although they could use a bigger coffee maker). The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager was very nice and responsive. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice home great location

Exactly as advertised. My husband daughter and I were very comfortable here. Location was great. We didn’t need a rental car or Uber we were able to walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants with ease.

Outstanding property

Love staying at this place. Property manager, Skippy, was incredibly response and stayed in frequent communication prior to our stay. The property was as advertised and my family of 6 could not have been happier with our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Exactly as described

Amazing location, clean, and exactly what we expected based on the listing description. We had an issue with the heat when we first checked in, but Skippy and team were on it and service recovery was excellent. The pool and hot tub were not functioning. However that may be due to the timing of our trip before winter season when Aspen is really quiet (calm before the holiday crowds). It looked like the hot tub was getting filled on our last day so I would just double check with Skippy if it is open when you book. We are a family of five… age of our three kids range from 11 to 14. We had plenty of room but it would begin to feel tight if we had more than five folks in our party.

Amazing stay near everything in town!

We visited Aspen during October and this rental was the perfect place to stay for a friend getaway. We could walk to everything in town, the rooms & bathrooms were great, and the place was very clean. The check in & check out process was very easy. We will be coming back!

Aspen bliss

Aspen never disappoints. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Comfortable and cozy and close to everything on foot as we did not rent a car. Our host was helpful from the very moment we booked our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
