Wonderful family vacation- will be back!

This location was perfect for our family of four plus a couple nights of visiting guests. Walking distance to everything including the bus and restaurants. The condo unit was already stocked with everything we could need. Lovely bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, great kitchen and overall a perfect place to spend 8 nights.

Great stay in Aspen

This is my 8th vacation in Aspen. This property is by far the best. Very convenient location, super close to everything. The house is clean and spacious, very comfortably accommodating our party of 8. The property manager responded to my requests quickly. Thank you!

Great townhome, amazing location, attentive owners

We spent a month at this property and enjoyed every moment. The owners and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The property itself was spotless, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the pool. It was also well-equipped with essentials like soap and paper towels, which made our stay even more convenient. The location couldn't have been better, just a few blocks away from the vibrant energy of downtown Aspen. We would love to rent again!

The location is hard to beat for a 4 bedroom in town condo. We enjoyed getting to walk to the gondola and all the great restaurants nearby.

Near perfect location and quality space that matches description

This is a very tasteful and comfortable 3-floor townhome that does deliver 4 real bedrooms and a couch large enough to sleep on. We are 5 guys from NYC and have been coming to Aspen for 11 years. The kitchen is nicely laid out. The common space was comfortable for 5 people to sit and chat. The Master bedroom was very spacious and the master bathroom is terrific. The owners were very accommodating and communicative. We only have small issues: (1) ideally you would get the parking pass in the condo when you arrive because if you arrive after 5p, the office is closed and you have to hunt for parking, (2) Property management never returned a couple phone calls, which sucks, but we made due, and (3) I mentioned to owner that hot water was a bit in short supply, perhaps it is fixable. It wasn't a huge deal, we just took shorter showers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location

The property is gorgeous and in an excellent location to enjoy all of downtown Aspen. The proximity to the bus stop was perfect for the ski bus to Snowmass and Highlands. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great experience

Everyone had a great time and you can’t beat the location. The space was well appointed for a group of adult couples and professionals and it is rare to find a space that has essentially 4 master suites! The description needs to be updated as there is some info that is not clear. Per the management, dogs are strictly not allowed per HOA but in the listing it states dogs are allowed at discretion of owner. Hot tub is only open from about 9am to 10pm and managed by the property. Some of the info in the “welcome” booklet also was outdated with old contact info etc. The hot water failed at the beginning and the end of the trip but luckily we weren’t inconvenienced. Manager was very flexible and helped us when our flight was delayed so we weren’t abandoned in Aspen with all our luggage. We loved using the kitchen and hot tub right outside the front door and would love to stay again next season. Thanks for making our stay such a lovely experience.

Christmas Ski Getaway

This was a perfect property for us. Full kitchen to save money on eating out. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Full baths in each bedroom so we could also have privacy when needed. Fantastic property!

Great Location, Great Bedrooms

Great location, walk to everything, you don't need a car. Well equipped for cooking, and pool/hot tub right out your door, almost feels like home! The 4 bedrooms and baths are very comfortable for groups that enjoy some separation as well (or kids doing online school / parents working). We very much enjoyed our stay!

Summertime in Aspen

We had a lovely time in Aspen. Our stay was great. We had dinner out by the pool many times.,Very convenient ! The water pressure in the showers was amazing! The vrbo was exactly as described. The beds comfy and condo nice.

Perfect location in Aspen, CO

This 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Aspen. Spacious, very clean and several amenities. Location was great and a short walking distance to everything. Parking can be extremely difficult, so keep in mind that there is only one parking permit. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location basically between St. Regis and Little Nell. Most of the walk to the gondola is on heated walkways. Can ski back even closer. Ten person spa just outside the door. Jacuzzi with steamer downstairs. Master bath has steamer as well. Owner texted me during stay to check in and local property manager was nice and available but not needed for us since everything was in perfect order.

This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed in when we visit Aspen. The location is superb, and the condo is extremely nice. The pool and grill are located directly outside the condo, and we had several fun nights grilling and swimming! The owners and property manager were communicative and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this condo!

Our friends were so envious!

We had quite a few friends enjoying a ski week in Aspen last week, and each group made their own arrangements. I spotted what looked like a good deal at Alpenblick (around the corner from the Gondola, up the street from the center of town) and booked it for my party. Wow! So nicely designed, with the bedrooms up and downstairs and the common areas on the main floor, beautiful woodwork everywhere. A kitchen with everything (I mean, everything!) you could possibly need to make dinner for eight or more, if you're so inclined. We met one of the owners and quickly became friends. The table you see in the photo was custom made from wood he retrieved from a river in Nicaragua! On our last day, I watched the NFL Conference championships on a huge screen and the remotes weren't even hard to figure out! Even the lighting is well done and lets you set the desired mood. When you step outside, there is a common pool and Jacuzzi - everything is well maintained. Our friends couldn't believe what we received for what we paid. But hold your horses, folks - we've already booked the unit for next year!
