"Clean and comfortable with competent staff. The free breakfasts have a wide variety of dishes, and you can order omelettes for no extra charge. The staff speak English reasonably well, so logistics are fairly easy (getting taxis, changing booking details, etc.). The rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the city. The only negatives are things beyond the hotel's control: occasional city-wide power outages and water shutoffs. "

"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "I enjoyed my stay in this hotel close to the city center also the welcome and friendliness of the manager and the staff.
