"The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. "Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. "The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely.
